I communicated with Linda via email initially then by phone to schedule my appointment, which was quick and easy. I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. When I arrived, Linda and another staff member greeted me kindly. I started with the 15 minute red light session first and Linda walked through all the benefits of both services thoroughly. I had no prior knowledge about the benefits so it was super helpful getting all the nitty gritty details about the process. The place itself is very clean and calming-- there were diffusers everywhere with pleasant summer scents. I was expecting that the sauna room was going to be tiny but was pleasantly surprised. Compared to an actual Korean spa, you have to bring your bathing suit. They have changing room areas all around the locker room. The inside has a ton of showers (both Korean style and American). They have an indoor sauna in the girls side and a couple hot tubs. Then you can go out to the outdoor areas. They had a cold waterfall. There were also several unisex hot tubs. This place also has a quiet area to lounge, several saunas with different medical properties, and a gym. The amenities here can go on and on. They definitely balance health with adding a coworking space. It's also interesting they have an infinity pool that shows NYC from the rooftop. The place also has a seasonal grill area and other food court options so you don't have to leave.
