I have been going to Korean spas for over 10 years for this treatment. It normally leaves your skin supper soft. The scrub can be from 30-50 minutes and then a hydrating massage for 30 minutes to 45 after. This was my first time doing it at this spa. I called and they said that the scrub is 45 minutes and the massage is the same. For $20 more you can extend the massage for an addition 30 minutes. They also mentioned they have a sauna which is free. I asked for the 2 hour Urban Vacation. It is little over two hours before closing so they did not want to accommodate so I chose the 90 minute Eastern Indulgence (Korean Body Scrub). They asked from payment first, so I paid $130, then they took me to a room and gave me a towel. About 7 minutes later she comes back and took me to the wet room. No robe, no slippers which was odd. We entered the room and it was freezing. I told her it was cold; she ended the scrub after 10 minutes and put me in a cold sauna room. After about 4 minutes it got warm. In about 3 minutes we head to the massage room. The room was nice and warm, but the massage was terrible. I asked for a stronger massage, but it did not get stronger. It was not good. While in the room she complained that business is slow, and she comes from palisade park to work there. After 70-75 minutes in total, she said all done. I told her that she cut it short, she stated that I came in 90 minutes ago. She left and came back with water. She seemed nice and I gave her $50 tip on a $130 massage. She asked for more and told me that $50 is not enough for 90 minutes. I was shocked. I told her the scrub was shortened, the time was shortened as it included the time to pay, her to set up and the sauna. She got nasty and I left. In summary, the cozy Spa offers clean environment. However, the inconsistency in the service from the industry standards and their menu along with lack of gratitude was disappointing to say the least. I would suggest staying clear of this spa. This is not a good business to support.

The 2nd floor is divided into two main areas, the cardio area and weight area (both machines & free weights). Joining was very simple, I sat down with "Nur" the Fitness Manager who laid out the available options. I went with the national Program paid annually. Some improvements I'd recommended are more abdominal machines like a Roman chair, I'd also like to see significantly more full elliptical machines, most of the ones there don't have moving arms, which is half a work out. Overall, this is the best value gym in Bergen County. Everyone I've met there is extremely curious and non judgmental. The staff is very friendly, always smiling when you check in and they do their best to keep the place clean. It can get busy during peak hours, but during work hours you'll have the place to yourself to do your own thing. The guest pass is a no brainer to be able to bring your spouse (who is on the treadmill in my photo). Like anything in life, the more you put into your workout, the better the results. This is a budget type gym, where you bring your own towel, but there are plenty of water fountains to fill your bottle. I'd rather bring my own clean towel and pay less for a place with lots of amenities. For the money I'm going to give 24 Hour Fitness 5 stars. The other gyms in the area are double the price and not all are national chains. Hope to see you all there in the future as we all get in shape.

I'm very disappointed in the equipment on the elliptical and it's rattling and shaking as I'm working out. The equipment is not being kept up. This also includes the bikes in cycle class. A few weeks back the class that I like on Thursday night was canceled. they no longer have pump class on Thursday evening. One of the reasons I joined this gym was because of the classes. In the few months that I've been here classes have been canceled or there aren't enough classes for me after work. I use the elliptical religiously, but getting on the machines has proven to be a challenge. There are so many people using the machines and waiting in line to get on the machine and this impedes my workout. The women's locker room and restroom have been consistently untidy every time I've gone to Paramus it's very disappointing. I'm scared to use the toilet because they're just not looking clean and kept up. I also did a review for the Paramus 24 hour fitness on YELP and on Google reviews. The manager reached out to me and asked me to submit my concerns on their online portal which I did a month ago and no one has reached out to me. I've belonged to many gyms in my time and I'm very disappointed in 24 hour fitness

We felt like we were walking through a fairytale-like winter wonderland in Idaho or Jackson Hole. It had just snowed and truly looked magical. Perfect landscape design and and lighting. The dining room itself is equally elegant, decor is on point, upscale and super-tasteful, and atmosphere is fantastic. We were SO excited about the drinks, wine and food menus. Ordered liberally to try a lot of different things, and... womp womp. While the plating and presentation of all we ordered was perfect, the taste did not rise to the level of the presentation. The martini had a strange undertone, The Pinot was thin and underwhelming. The oysters all had pieces of shell in them from how they were shucked that then had to be fished out from one's palate (and there's no way to do that that's not awkward at a full table). The octopus was overcooked. They serve garlic biscuits, which were tasty but we didn't finish them bc no one was blown away. The duck - skin was scored properly but not given enough time time crisp or pan not hot enough, so served soggy, tho the meat was done correctly. All dishes sat upon a turnip puree, with the duck having additional (also soggy veggies), and the steak having additional shredded cabbage. French fries came out nearly cold but in a nice metal basket lined with parchment. They looked perfect and then the bite was, well, not hot. Mashed potatoes were good. Presented well. Perhaps the highlight of the evening? The service was very good, by the way. Staff was fantastic. It's just that something was a near miss on the food... very heavy handed, the unique tastes and freshness of the ingredients cooked out of many... a very different experience than had in the cantina, where the food has been perfect each time. 2 Coffees, 2 sodas, 1 martini and one glass of wine, 2 apps, 3 entrees, and one dessert with standard tip came out to just under $500. It's a lot for an underwhelming meal. Food wise, if I were to recommend a fine dining establishment where the food is superlative for the same price, I'd say Hudson House in Nyack, hands down. While they don't have the same ethereal setting, the culinary aspect cannot be beat. They do have oysters that are shucked correctly and a killer steak au poivre with pomme frites that's incredible. Perhaps we'll try this place again in the future. Not sure if it's new? Only just learned about the Lodge Steakhouse part, so who knows. Summary: Overall, gorgeous setting, food presentation. Staff service: lovely, actual taste of each dish: meh.

I was on oral antibiotics for my acne for over 10 years. I have extremely sensitive skin that can be both very oily and very dry. Taking care of my face has always been a huge process to try to find the right combination of products that will minimize my breakouts without irritating or over-drying my skin. I can't even remember the last time I had clear, smooth skin. Fast forward to 3 months after starting to go to montebello skin care studio with Kim. My face hasn't been this clear in over 10 years!! I am finally off of all oral and topical medications from my dermatologist, and my acne scarring is starting to fade. I never would have dreamed that the results would be this dramatic, especially after all of the different things I have tried over the years. I recommend Kim's treatments very highly to everyone, along with all of her products. I kept on my regimen and only used her products and I have been rewarded with the best skin I have had since I hit puberty! The price is definitely worth it, and Kim is truly wonderful, making sure to cater her regular treatments to the specifics of my skin to avoid any irritation and help speed up healing of any scars or acne that has flared up. Thank you for giving me my face back Kim, I never thought it would be this clear ever again!
