This is based off of pure experience with Ferrigno Realtors:…read more Myself and friends were house hunting this past fall for somewhere to live the rest of our college years (3 of us are already off campus in another lease so we weren't new to the house hunting experience), we finally found a house we were excited to see and move forward with. Once we informed the agent helping us, Steven Ferrigno, he told us to bring him our applications along with fees that come with it. We dropped off necessary documentation and our payment to the Ferrigno office. We called the next day to ask on any updates or a time frame we should be preparing for but no one answered any of the 4 of us. As the week went on we continued trying to contact Steven through email and phone calls with no luck. We then decided to involve one of our parents who is also very experienced in real estate, the parent finally had gotten word from Ferrigno that he had never received any of our documents or the paid fees enclosed. This is concerning to me because as a group we followed up on the status of our papers daily but were unfortunately ignored. I wish I could say I'd recommend this company to family and friends but I am afraid that is not the case. Efficiency and communication are not the goals here.

They let us apply knowing that my partner didnt have the required credit score(Thin credit profile, not bad not good just not there). Shady. Very shady. So now we're out $100. Their professional behavior was very professional, but their ethics are very questionable.
