I have been living at their apartment for a year now. I've sent countless emails because the neighbor downstairs was lying on us and being very racist. When I emailed them and texted them about the issue no one emailed me back. But every-time the neighbor downstairs emailed or called everyone would hear something. They decided without telling me to cancel my lease because of the lies that the neighbor was telling. I will not ever rent with them again seeing as they agree with racist people over someone who was being harassed but the neighbor since he moved in. He even told my boyfriend who visits frequently that he didn't like me and should dump me. When I talked to them it was clear to me who side they were on and they didn't hide it. I will never ever rent and I don't think anyone else should either because if they side with racists, what's the next thing they will do. Edit** They also sent me an email stating that they weren't renewing my lease even though I'm the one that called them and stated that I wouldn't be living there anymore. So they turned the situation around on me to make it seem like they were kicking me out even though I called and told them I would not be renting anymore. We just moved into PD properties and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. We originally were going to move into a different unit but quickly realized on move-in day our things would not fit. I was in sheer panic! I called Lisa almost in full panic attack mode who warmly let me know everything will be okay and had Alex G. meet us on the property. He offered a different unit without blinking an eye and was beyond understanding when we voiced our concerns. He even helped us with ideas on how to reconfigure our monster of a furniture set and even lent his construction team's tape measure!!! A move-in day went from a possible tragedy to an epic experience of excitement and relief. I can't be more thankful as this could have been a much different experience. We have been living in Ledyard Meadows Luxury Apartments since October 2020. They are very new and modern. Hardwood floors throughout and a garage! New stainless steel appliances, very roomy bathroom, central air, and access to a large yard and woods with trails to walk our dogs. I believe they have sound proofing between the apartments, because we never hear our neighbors! The view outside our slider is beautiful (grass and woods). We haven't had many issues, but the ones we have had have been taken care of very quickly. We also had to extend our lease for a couple of months because the house we are building is taking longer than expected, and Denizze was very accommodating!!! I been looking to move down South. Due to COVID-19 I was not able to make that move. I been looking around for an apartment. One of my friends mentioned about The Hills at River View. When I went and looked at the outside of them I feel in love. I made a call and spoke with Denizze. He was so help full. I did take a tour and I felt this is the place for me. The rental management service of PD simply could not be better! 350 miles away from our house we still feel everything is taken care of, with attention to details, in a timely manner, and with excellent communication both with us and with the tenants. With a previous bad experience with a major management company in the area, we hardly can believe the striking difference. I have been at the Hills at River View for 10 months now and I love it. It's a growing community, but they were upfront about the ongoing construction, and have kept reasonable hours. They are great about maintenance issues, and sending out reminders when needed. The buildings are new, comfortable, and quiet. I've lived in other apartment complexes that weren't nearly as attentive, and I appreciate their efforts. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in the Norwich area. read more

I had put in a work order with Roman for a new bathroom faucet and to have the bathroom doorknob fixed and/or replaced. Roman asked me to send him a picture of the faucet I preferred. I sent it to him that day...and the next day he came with the exact faucet I requested (that is going the extra mile.) He installed it with no problems and fixed the doorknob within minutes. Roman is always efficient and courteous, and cleans up after himself. I would definitely give him 5 stars. read more
