Am I the only one who had a positive experience with this place? LOL My husband and I started our…read morejourney here in January of 2025 after struggling with infertility for 3.5 years. In May of that year, we found out I was pregnant, and we welcomed our baby boy in January of 2026. We could not be more grateful for Dr. Nani and the staff here who helped us. Sure, we have had annoying and disappointing experiences here with appointments, certain things not responding with my body, some miscommunication about the treatment or whatever, but ultimately, I gave birth to the most perfect son that we have always wanted, and I know it wouldn't have been possible without them. Who knew that sometimes all you need is a trigger shot and some medication? I personally didn't have to go through IUI or IVF, but I do know a bunch of people who did at this location and also got pregnant, so I know that they do know what they are doing here. Obviously, bodies are different, and everyone has a different infertility journey that is extremely frustrating, so I am truly empathetic and sorry to those who didn't have a positive outcome at the end of a painful, emotional journey. One thing that I do wish for here is that you could request a specific ultrasound tech because Vita is the absolute best. She is so gentle and personable, and she actually explains what you're looking at unlike most of the other techs. I constantly had to ask the other techs what they noticed was going on with my follicles, but Vita would always just come right out and tell me. I only felt comfortable asking her more specific questions and I truly felt she was the only tech truly rooting for my pregnancy. Once I was pregnant and before I graduated to my regular OB office, she would literally talk to the baby during monitoring appointments and tell him to keep growing. I always had the best appointments with her and I literally told her that. She is absolutely amazing at her job and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Kat was also a great nurse! She broke down everything well in my communication with her and would be very detailed in the portal. I never had a problem with her answering any questions we had, either. Overall, THANK YOU!

She won't even listen through a question. IF she is being over worked hire someone else but also she needs major people skills training. I called like every 2-3 weeks for months, instead because of their incompetence I had to pay to get all those tests done at the new clinic. While waiting for the anesthesiologist to finish getting me prepped at egg retrieval, the doctor was talking about dating life and how he won't date guys he meets at the gym. I felt that was not super professional to be talking about in front of patients. They are all attentive for your first few appointments then when you have billing questions no one can ever respond to portal messages or when you call they never call back. Each financial person tells you something different and that services are approved and covered then they hit you with a huge bill. The nurses have attitude with you and never respond either or explain the process in depth so the patient understands. This is not an easy thing to go through and not having support and explanation from my provider or his team makes this much harder. I would not recommend this place. They only care about the money not the patient or service. Be VERY cautious here. They are clearly money hungry. They say things are approved and covered through win fertility. I asked to be told upfront what my cost will be and it was always "oh yeah it's covered through win" to get hit with a huge bill after you do treatment. Then you call win fertility and they say that's not true and it was covered. Either someone in billing doesn't know what they are doing or they are scammers. It's also not right that I'm seeking fertility for same sex marriage not infertility yet they code everything as if I'm infertile which leads to me not having coverage at all with my insurance. This place is not upfront with their costs or treatment plans. Every time I ask a question it's "set up an another consult" even if I had one the month before and then get billed for no fertility coverage with my insurance to ask a simple question. This place is very back and forth with you. They either don't answer you back or when they do they don't explain anything and close out the conversation so you can't even write back. I'm very sad I chose to start my journey here and I'm even more sad that I referred 2 friends there which are now having the same issues. Needless to say, I have now switched practices and it's interesting even with it being a new year I owe ZERO to them yet 6 months now I'm starting to get bills from Kindbody. The way they bill is unethical. Their financial navigators know NOTHING. Unless you have over 10k to throw away steer clear of this place!

I've seen Dr Rodgers and was able to get pregnant and have my first child which is great. However, I'm not sure is it because she is seeing many patients and on social media like tik tok but she does not seem to have a great memory. Every time I come in to see her she doesn't remember things that I told her the last visit and I think she almost gave me the wrong treatment plan once. Also, she doesn't seem interpersonal and or have much empathy because I got pregnant with twins but lost one and she seemed to just pretty much brush it off even though I was pretty devastated. Another thing is that I've developed hypertension and hypothyroidism from the treatment but she doesn't seem concern and just tell me to follow up with my primary care doctor for my blood pressure. I also get a lot of side effects like nausea and vomit from one cycle too and she didn't even seem to care when I've brought it up. Her office visits always seem so brief and I don't understand half the time what she told me because she talked too fast for me to understand and not really explaining the whole process for me. I feel like she thinks that I know how Ivf works and this isn't my first time but it was and I was so clueless. I just wish that she and the nurses would summarize the whole process for me in the beginning and go over step by step the process so I can get a good understanding. A lot of times I would have to google the answers to my questions l and research the treatment. If I'm going back to get another child, I'll probably try a diff doctor.

This was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. The only positive part of this practice…read moreis the nurse practitioner, who is truly wonderful. If she could have delivered my baby, I would have stayed. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option. I found this private practice after seeing someone say, "I trust Dr. Gandhi with my life." My experience could not have been more different. I began care here during my first pregnancy and felt supported during the first 12 weeks with the nurse practitioner. Once I transitioned to Dr. Gandhi, everything changed. Nine times out of ten I was the only patient in the office. Despite that, every appointment felt extremely rushed and chaotic. She would speak so fast while reviewing my chart it felt like listening to an auctioneer. I assumed she was overbooked, but the office was almost always empty. She would walk in saying "hi hi let me find my brain," rush through my medication list, and incorrectly say I wasn't taking medications that were clearly documented. When I corrected her, she admitted she skipped over them because she was moving too fast. That alone is very concerning for an OB. Her language was also extremely unprofessional. At nearly every appointment she used words like "f***," "s***," and "a**." At one visit I counted at least five times. She even said, "If you don't give a f***, I don't give a f***." I have never heard a physician speak this way to a pregnant patient. It was shocking and inappropriate. Things escalated when I became very sick and was hospitalized during pregnancy. I called her emergency line to confirm if ER-prescribed medication was safe. Her response was, "Listen to them, they know better than I do." She said she would review my paperwork and call me back within the hour. She never called. The next day she barely remembered the conversation and dismissed how sick I had been. I told her I needed the medication and would manage my blood sugars. She acknowledged it would raise them. I later submitted my glucose log clearly showing the medication caused elevated readings, and I still received a Walgreens alert that insulin had been prescribed with no call or discussion. The nurse practitioner later called saying my sugars were "so high" I needed insulin immediately. I explained everything. It became clear Dr. Gandhi had not documented anything from our emergency call and had not informed the team. They were about to start insulin based on incorrect, medication-induced readings. I could hear her in the background say, "Oh yeah that's right, tell her to hold off on the insulin then." There was no documentation, no follow-up, and at my next visit she didn't even ask how I was doing after being hospitalized. At another appointment I had to ask when my next ultrasound was, because nothing had been scheduled after my 20-week anatomy scan with a high-risk specialist. Referrals had not been sent. Had I not asked, I would have had nothing scheduled. She blamed the hospital, then moved ultrasounds in-house, but later still asked when my next high-risk ultrasound was despite making that change. It was disorganized and stressful. If you don't bring questions, appointments consist of weight, belly measurement, rushing through meds, and "any questions?" with no guidance or preparation for what's ahead. She met my husband multiple times, yet later said, "Nice to meet you, we haven't met before." We also declined the Tdap vaccine at 26 weeks, which was documented, yet at 28 weeks she came in saying, "The girls will give you your TDAP," without checking notes. The nurses were confused and already had a declination form ready. When I messaged her saying I felt rushed and anxious due to lack of preparation, she responded in all caps: "IM SORRY YOU FELT RUSHED. I ASK STUPID QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER OFTEN REPEATING MYSELF." None of my concerns were addressed. I transferred care immediately. My first appointment with a new OB was completely different. I left informed, calm, and supported. My new office also found missing and incomplete documentation throughout my records. Additional concerns include the ultrasound technician never introducing herself or communicating, and poor blood draw experiences where blood was spilled. This is now the second time I have left a review, as my previous reviews appear to have been deleted or hidden by the practice. That alone is very concerning when trying to share honest patient experiences. This practice caused unnecessary stress and anxiety during a vulnerable time in my pregnancy. Between rushed visits, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, missed referrals, poor documentation, and safety concerns with medication management, I cannot recommend this office. The difference after transferring care was immediate.

We spoke with Dr. Klipstein to find out options, possibilities, costs, procedures, percentages of success and anything necessary to help us make our decision whether to utilize their services or not in November, 2013. Although the process takes time, it is worth EVERY penny spent as we are going to have twins later this year in 2014! Honestly, what can I say about Dr. Klipstein and her staff? She is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege of being around. Her knowledge, compassion, sensitivity, and understanding of what we want (which ultimately is a family) is unprecedented! Every question was answered as honestly as possible, which is important when you have exhausted all possibilities to have a family on your own, yet still haven't had success. The entire staff was tremendous, especially Julia and Monika (we saw them the most)!! We love everyone involved, whether at the Arlington Heights, Hoffman Estates, and Northbrook locations. My experience with Invia Fertility has been extremely disappointing and heartbreaking. I often felt…read morelike I was a number and a source of revenue rather than a patient going through one of the most emotional and difficult experiences of my life. The communication and patient care were very poor. I frequently had to explain my history and what I needed in almost every message, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. The nurses also frequently appeared unhappy or frustrated, which made an already stressful experience even more difficult. Blood draws were often unnecessarily painful, and I had multiple negative experiences with different nurses. The most devastating issue involved my husband's frozen sperm. My husband previously had testicular cancer, and the sperm samples stored at the clinic represented the only sperm we had available. Despite this extremely important information being in our medical history, all of his stored sperm samples were used without us being properly informed. We now have no sperm remaining. This is something we can never get back, and the fact that we were not adequately informed and that our file apparently was not properly reviewed is incredibly difficult to accept. We retrieved 18 eggs and used 7 of my husband's sperm samples and ultimately ended up with only one embryo. We paid for PGT testing. The result came back stating that no DNA was detected. After the embryo transfer, I unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. To determine whether the embryo had a chromosomal abnormality, we needed genetic testing on the sample collected after the miscarriage. This became another extremely frustrating experience. The order for the genetic testing was apparently never properly sent to the laboratory/clinic. My sample was stored for weeks without the testing being completed, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the clinic and with Dr. Karande to find out what was happening. I contacted them several times trying to get answers, while feeling like I was once again having to fight to get someone to take care of something that should have been handled properly from the beginning. Almost two months later, we finally received the results. The results showed Trisomy 15. This was devastating. We were originally told that the PGT result was "no DNA detected," and yet we ultimately learned through testing of the miscarriage tissue that the embryo had Trisomy 15. Had the appropriate genetic testing been properly completed in the first place, we could have had important information about the embryo before proceeding. Patients deserve careful attention to their medical history, clear communication, transparency about what is happening with their eggs, sperm, embryos, and testing, accurate testing, and compassionate follow-up. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering fertility treatment to do extensive research and consider other clinics before choosing Invia Fertility. If I could go back and make the decision again, I would choose another clinic. I wish I had known then what I know now.
