I've gone to 3 RE's in chicago in the past 5 years, and In Via was by far the best. I feel like an expert here, so I will break it down. Care: Of all my options, they had the most compassionate and personal care, the staff and MD's were always very nice, attentive. They clearly laid out my options, which had the best chances, and made a personal plan for me. They were dissapointed for me when things didn't work. I always got a call from the doctor, not staff, with bad news, and frequently with good news too. I genuinely felt like Dr. Klipstien cared. Between the portal and phone calls she was easy to get a hold of. Medically they are right in step with the latest treatments/options. The stats are not great anywhere for inferitlity. The stats here are high average. I went to the RE with the best stats in illinois. He offered nothing different. All an RE can do is their best, and I felt like I got thier best every time we tried. Costs: They worked with my insurance, were up front about costs. Inferitlity treatment is expensive. Their charges are in line with the other RE's I went to. It would be amazing if you could only pay if it worked, but that is not how elective medical care works. They have to get money upfront, or people would never pay them. You don't go to your hairstylist and leave without paying. You can't have someone paint your house and own them thousands of dollars for months. Doctors have to charge money for thier services and they can't be your bank. All fertility clinics are like this. Apts: My only complaint was my home office (arlington heights) was not always open. They had some staffing issues during one of my cycles andI had to go to hoffman estates. I much prefered my smaller office, and it was closer to work. Otherwise I was happy with the early am apts, and it was always easy to move around apts. So- after 3 chicagoland RE's, 7 rounds of various treatments, I can say this is the one I'd reccomend in chicago. Smaller, more personal care, good communication and knowledge, nice electronic portal. read more

I encourage you to do your research on fertility clinics before joining a practice. Struggling to get pregnant is a hard path physically, mentally and emotionally and you need to be with the right practice for you. While the nurses with Invia were lovely, I felt like a number to the doctors. My questions felt like an annoyance and outside of them doing an initial test to determine why my husband and I could not get pregnant, they stopped trying to solve the problem after it did not work. It felt like they were throwing IUI and IVF at the wall to see if a pregnancy would stick with a vague diagnosis of "unexplained infertility". 30-50% of women who are labeled with "unexplained infertility" end of having endometriosis. Not once was this a possibility brought up by the several doctors I spoke and worked with. I encourage this to be a question asked to your doctors - do a biopsy to help with clarity on your situation. After heartbreaking years here and feeling stuck in the cycle of surgeries and attempts through IUI and IVF, I made the decision to switch practices. This was the best decision because within 3 months I was diagnosed with endo, had a surgery to fix the problem and am now pregnant with our first baby. Everyone's journey is different, but please do your research and trust your gut. read more

My experience with Invia Fertility has been extremely disappointing and heartbreaking. I often felt like I was a number and a source of revenue rather than a patient going through one of the most emotional and difficult experiences of my life. The communication and patient care were very poor. I frequently had to explain my history and what I needed in almost every message, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. The nurses also frequently appeared unhappy or frustrated, which made an already stressful experience even more difficult. Blood draws were often unnecessarily painful, and I had multiple negative experiences with different nurses. The most devastating issue involved my husband's frozen sperm. My husband previously had testicular cancer, and the sperm samples stored at the clinic represented the only sperm we had available. Despite this extremely important information being in our medical history, all of his stored sperm samples were used without us being properly informed. We now have no sperm remaining. This is something we can never get back, and the fact that we were not adequately informed and that our file apparently was not properly reviewed is incredibly difficult to accept. We retrieved 18 eggs and used 7 of my husband's sperm samples and ultimately ended up with only one embryo. We paid for PGT testing. The result came back stating that no DNA was detected. After the embryo transfer, I unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. To determine whether the embryo had a chromosomal abnormality, we needed genetic testing on the sample collected after the miscarriage. This became another extremely frustrating experience. The order for the genetic testing was apparently never properly sent to the laboratory/clinic. My sample was stored for weeks without the testing being completed, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the clinic and with Dr. Karande to find out what was happening. I contacted them several times trying to get answers, while feeling like I was once again having to fight to get someone to take care of something that should have been handled properly from the beginning. Almost two months later, we finally received the results. The results showed Trisomy 15. This was devastating. We were originally told that the PGT result was "no DNA detected," and yet we ultimately learned through testing of the miscarriage tissue that the embryo had Trisomy 15. Had the appropriate genetic testing been properly completed in the first place, we could have had important information about the embryo before proceeding. Patients deserve careful attention to their medical history, clear communication, transparency about what is happening with their eggs, sperm, embryos, and testing, accurate testing, and compassionate follow-up. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering fertility treatment to do extensive research and consider other clinics before choosing Invia Fertility. If I could go back and make the decision again, I would choose another clinic. I wish I had known then what I know now. read more

​I need to make this unequivocally clear: this facility is the most abysmal medical experience of my life. Their supposed "care" is a hollow shell, backed by a staggering lack of basic human decency and bedside manner. The front desk utilize financial exploitation by refusing to process essential, pre-paid leave of absence paperwork needed for my wife to heal from our catastrophic failed transfer but instead require her to be in a current cycle which is not possible due to latest procedure and timing. Thru the journey our concerns and reported symptoms were unfortunately met with a refusal to perform requested diagnostic tests. The staff at this office repeatedly dismissed the possibility of an underlying condition, specifically stating that endometriosis was unlikely. This necessitated seeking care elsewhere. Working with other specialists, we were finally able to get the appropriate testing done, which confirmed the diagnosis of endometriosis. This confirmed condition, which was initially ignored, is recognized in medical literature and by other professionals we consulted as the most likely contributor to our failed IVF retrievals and transfer. Their failure to test and early dismissal of our symptoms resulted in both a delay in proper treatment and the loss of viable attempts. ​They operate on a model of callous disregard. They don't grasp the basic concept that human beings need time to recover. Instead, they immediately pivot to extorting more money from us, pushing for a complete next cycle while my wife's body is still in distress from the last one. ​Three egg retrievals, one transfer, and zero results--just devastating failure and soul-crushing heartache. Their only priority is the next payment. They are very inflexible with scheduling. They knew I had to do FET after 1 week but refused to give a time till a day before which was a Sunday for a Monday appointment. I had a new job and told them about it and begged to set up an appointment but nothing. I asked them for 1st appointment and was told FET is not a priorit. I asked about the last appointment and was told the Dr won't wait if there are fewer patient. The appointment they gave was very inconvenient but they didn't change it and threatened to re-freeze my embryo if I was late. Thawing and freezing is bad for the embryo. I expect better standard of care for embryos and patients. The nurse gave me instructions for 1 pill of progesterone although I was taking 3 per day. She also gave me instructions without Valium although I was taking Valium. read more

I reached out to them to check if they billed my insurance first and they confirmed that they charged me and had me pay without even billing my insurance first. Sent me a huge bill 3 months after the procedure. The doctors do not care. This is just a business for them. Some of the nurses and lab techs are nice and friendly. The front desk receptionist are terrible. I do not understand how this place even got any 5 star reviews. If you haven't started your procedure please find another clinic. To begin with, Dr Karrande is a professional doctor. However, prepare to be ghosted, takes forever for your messages to be read, they don't have kind staff at all. No phones are being answered even if you had an emergency they will not bring you in, rather go to the ER especially if you call around 1-2 because they state they leave for the day soon. Will I come again in the future, DEFINITELY NOT. I had already paid for the procedures in advance so there was no going back because they take payment up front and paid in full! Front desk is extremely rude and everyone there has a bad mood/temper. I took a really long time to decide on which clinic I wanted to go to and that is the main reason I am so disappointed. I wouldn't want anybody that has to deal with fertility issues come here and feel what I felt during these past months. You only see your doctor once and all of the ultrasounds and blood tests are messaged back to you from a nurse that doesn't even explain anything to you. Most of the medical assistants are very aggressive with blood draws I always have bruises on my arm, overwhelming experience overall. I also do feel like our bodies just needed a little push and I appreciate the work the doctors put in but you are not dealing with pleasant things after that. They also call over and over to collect payments two weeks before the due date which was very greedy. I always pay on time and still get calls that I need to make a payment or it will be charged interest. Pregnancy results are sent to you via message no calls to support your emotionally. To anyone seeing this, if you are a person that is extremely patient and have a strong heart and is willing to put yourself through lots of stress and frustration, plus having people not respect you or you simply don't care try it out but there is no going back because your money will be taken ahead of time and there is no refund if you decide to not proceed with the procedure. Had such a great experience here! I was having trouble getting a specific test done at my regular gyno office and Invia was my saving grace. I would have been on a waiting list until May-which would have extremely disrupted my plans. Denise went ABOVE and beyond to help me. She was able to help me get into a doctor for testing asap and called around to help schedule even when they were full to capacity with patients. Of all my years and those of practices I have been to-I have never felt so helped and appreciated. She not only was helpful but so accompdating and empathetic. I literally love her and am so thankful for her going the extra mile. I went into the office had my exam. All the doctors, nurses and staff were amazing. It is a far drive from my house but was worth every minute of the commute. So happy with them and would recommend to anyone looking for anythoe of fertility care. They offer a wide array of services. We struggled to get pregnant but had success with IUI when living in Denver. When we moved back to IL I was nervous that we wouldn't be as successful here. Our insurance lead us to Dr. Karandes office. We were fortunate to have our insurance cover most of our treatment. He started us with IUI and noticed that my body was not responding so instead of making me suffer through failed rounds we began IVF. (I have PCOS) did one retrieval and was very successful to have 7 embryos make it to day 5. We went through with a Frozen transfer in October and right now (June 18) I am sitting home with my son who was born at 39 weeks 1 day. I am extremely grateful to Dr Karande and his team. I started in his office on June 14 2022 and my son was born June 17 2023. read more

Would not recommend this place. The doctor wouldn't give me a minute of his time for questions. They charged crazy amounts even when I had insurance. Prepayments for procedures I didn't even do and then wouldn't give me my money back until I emailed a million times. They sent me wrong information that didn't even apply to me in the portal. And the front desk lady is the worst. So freaking rude not only to patients but to the staff. We completed several IVF cycles at the clinic and couldn't have had a better experience with this group of reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, registered nurses, ultrasound technicians etc. they were always informed of our case. From the medical standpoint their treatment always followed the latest ART protocols. Before landing at InVia Fertility, we had wasted quite a bit of time ~3 years and money with other clinics and REs, even following outdated RE protocols. Dr Karande and his team made sure our journey to complete our family was done with the latest technologies in assisted reproduction, the clinic third-party coordinator always knew our case and was easy to reach. We got every question answered by the embryology department and the RNs, without a single disconnect among the different teams. read more

First, they required you to give them your SSN and write it out everywhere, even label it on the specimen for lab which is a red flag for data breach risk. Second, their staffs are super rude. Everytime I called in, I get a monotone, rude person. When i checked in one time, the receptionist threw the insurance card back at my husband. Then the nurse talked loudly back about me as I was in the waiting room. I like the doctors but their rude staffs and poor customer service was the reason why I switched to another fertility, which I love because staff there was nice and friendly and check in and out were easy and they don't ask ssn like this place does. To top it off, I would have to pay extra fee to get my records send over. So I downloaded them on the portal myself but of course they give me issues about it. In the end, my SIS result was not even accepted because all the result had was the measurement and not a report. I have to do all over again at the other fertility which is fine cause I hate this place. Also, a few months later, I get a letter saying that I owe money which I never get the first bill in the first place. Why didn't they tell me when I called to pay for my husband's bill? Nor put it online for me to see. Glad I am done with them, because the worst place to go. I do not recommended. Back in 2019 we went to InVia Fertility for our first baby after trying to get pregnant naturaly for 2.5 years and no success. We went through 3 rounds of IUI with no success (statistically chances are slim anyway - about 12% for success) and then we did our first IVF cycle and it was successful. I got pregnant, pregnancy went well with no complications and in August of 2020 I gave birth to a wonderful healthy baby girl. 2023 Update - We went back to InVia Fertility for our second baby. Again the first IVF cycle was successful and I'm 12 weeks pregnant now. I feel so blessed and grateful, I tell everyone that for me, it's God and then comes Dr. Karande. Pregnancy is progressing well and we are so excited to find out the sex of the baby soon. I would highly recommend this clinic for any fertility needs, the whole staff is extremely nice and makes you feel welcome. All nurses and even the front desk staff is naturally kind, not fake kind or rude as some other places can be. I have never felt more comfortable and welcome at any other clinic ever before. Dr. Karnade knows what he is doing, just follow the instructions. He doesn't talk much so he is not wasting your time, he goes straight to the point and gets the work done, which I like. Beware of this place and what they think is fair to charge to release medical records! They seem to think they should charge $35 for 10 pages plus $5 S/H, $45 for 30 and $55 for 50! Hilarious! They were extremely disorganized. We took a genetic test and got the bill for THOUSANDS that they said wouldn't happen, then we had to fight it back and forth. Dr. Karande and the Invia team made our dreams come true! Their selection of Egg Doners was outstanding, which saved us a lot of money from having to go to an outside Doner Agency. Their Patient Portal is their main communication tool, which took a few weeks to get used to. However, now we are very glad that all of the communication is documented. I urge you not to choose InVia Fertility. I am fortunate to have not undergone any treatments through this business. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the staff and in particular, Dr. Karande, from the beginning. I tried to put my reservations aside, but I was shocked when he sat my husband and I down across from him at his desk and told my husband he has ¨super sperm¨ and that he just now needed to figure out what was ¨wrong with you¨ (meaning me). I wish this were not true, but it is, unfortunately. After completing all tests, he was not able to identify anything wrong with me. My husband´s sperm did show up as having low motility on one of the tests, but he seemed to ignore that test. I refused to go back to this office for a year but decided to give him one more try. This time, I very patiently explained that I had some questions for him regarding possible treatments. When I said I had questions he jumped up and said we were going to another office. He then preceded to leave me in the office with a scheduler without evening allowing me to ask one single question. We have a diagnosis of unexplained infertility at this point in time. I strongly urge you to avoid this business and Dr. Karande at all costs. It and he are not to be trusted. I would hate for anyone else to be put through this type of experience or worse. Dr. Karande and his team are amazing. I am forever blessed to have met them. This is not an easy time for anyone, but there was a comfort and structure necessary for this type of practice. I was provided privacy, individual treatment , and professionalism each visit. The staff in Hoffman is like no other and I want to thank them all. Dr. Karande will forever be a hero for our family. He was an advocate, innovative, informative, and focused. I understand this is a trying time for everyone and all stories are different. They are a business and that business is making babies. When is comes to insurance and money there is going to be a cost. Fight for yourself when it comes to insurance but don't think for a Moment this is a cheap process. That is a fact. It costs $250,000 to raise a baby 0-17. IVF is expensive but that is not the Doctors fault. When it comes to success and failure this is going to be the reality. There are no fingers to blame there is a chance for both. These Doctors were put here to help you with this process. They are working FOR you. Remember that. Be hopeful, be realistic, and mostly be healthy. Life doesn't always have a way of telling you why things happened the way they did , for the most part never in the moment, but you will get your answer eventually. I am very disappointed to read all the negative reviews about Invia Fertility, their doctors and staff. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with them. We spent approximately 1 year and a half with them and I couldn't say enough good things. We experienced many set backs and every step of the way, no matter how many questions I had the nurses took the time to talk with me and help out in anyway they could. Every meeting with Dr. Kerande we felt reassured and that he was invested in our success. Dr. Kerande may have a very straight forward personality, but I always felt that he gave us all the information, never sugar coated anything, but at the same time never made us feel like we wouldn't have success. We reviewed all our information together and came up with a plan for each cycle together. He even welcomed my input based on my past experiences with medications. The nursing staff was just amazing. No matter how many times I called they always answered my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking. Or I would send a message through their patient portal and they would respond back when they could. The infertility journey is a very scary, complex and exhausting and yes, at the beginning it can be overwhelming. But I in no way ever felt like my needs weren't being met or that they were rude or just in it to make money. In fact when we finally got our positive pregnancy test, I feel they were just as excited and happy for me as I was. And when it was time for me to leave and go on to my regular OB/GYN I cried because I felt so safe and secure there and would miss them all since they had become such a big part of my life over one of the most difficult journeys I had been through. I have even gone back a few times to visit as well as to introduce my son to them since they were the reason he exists. They are not perfect, no one is, but they truly do care about their patients and their ultimate goal. read more

I married later in life and thus, wanted to become a mom at a later age. We started with one fertility dr but had to make a change due to a job/insurance change. Thank goodness we did. I had worked with one fertility dr and had met with another one (who made me feel ridiculous for wanting to get pregnant at my age) and had pretty much decided bedside manner wasn't something I could expect. So when my husband and I made an appt to meet with Dr. Sigal Klipstein, I wasn't very hopeful. We left that initial appt feeling very informed about our chances and our options - and almost optimistic! Dr. Klipstein took as much time as we needed and seemed to understand where we were in our lives and offered realistic outlooks and options without making us feel ridiculous for even trying. I needed to have a surgery to remove a fibroid prior to trying to conceive - Drs. Klipstein and Karande performed a somewhat difficult surgery with great success. Our experience with the nurses, procedures, and entire office - especially with Dr. Klpstein - was very positive. I felt supported at all times which was important to me. Right now, we have a 16-month old daughter and are 4 months pregnant with our second, and last! Our experience has been very positive - and we have recommended all friends and family who need help to Dr. Klipstein. We didn't work much at all with Dr. Karande. Having gone from feeling like we were crazy for even trying to having one darling girl and another on the way - I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to Dr. Klipstein and to In Via Fertility. read more

Dr. Karande and his group were fantastic. Everyone was professional and caring. I was fortunate to be involved in a trial with a full cycle of IVF fully covered. When that unfortunately did not work for me Dr. Karande didn't waste any time in starting my IVF cycle with his full guidance and care. They are quick with results of blood work and ultrasounds after each appointment. The patient portal gives clear directions throughout on the next steps with treatment. Please beware of this clinic, I would avoid it if I were you. The phone line even to the receptionist is always busy. Even if you were to call many times, each time you will be answered by a voicemail. Leaving voicemail does not help either. The call may or may not be returned. Their portal works the same way. It is shitty. You won't know unless you login to it whether you have a a new message. So, be prepared to check the portal multiple times when in treatment (good luck!) I met Dr.Karande and I think he is bad. A doctor who criticizes his colleagues sounds unprofessional and bad news. He thinks he is not doctor but god. That is the attitude he flaunts, which is far from reality. He failed to even acknowledge a legitimate diagnosis for me. I knew the instant he ignored it that he was wrong and should not be consulted with. The clinic charged our insurance a massive bill for a basic consultation. So be prepared to be ripped off. We are forever grateful to Dr Karande and his entire practice! My husband and I are both young and healthy and didn't think we'd have any trouble having kids one day. When getting pregnant wasn't as easy of a process as we thought it'd be, we were referred to Invia and THANK GOD we were! I have nothing but incredible things to say about the office staff, nurses, ultrasound techs, the billing department, and doctors. From the minute we walked into the office we were treated with the utmost compassion and respect. From day one, our benefits were explained to us so there were no financial surprises. During our initial visit, Dr Karande laid out our options for us, educated us on each option, and let us decide how we wanted to move forward with our treatment. Dr Karande is a straight shooter and very matter of fact but he adds just enough concern to feel comfortable and earn your trust. Ultimately, he is brilliant. I do not blame anyone for my frozen embryo transfer cycle's failure. In addition, it is very rare that any physician's office keeps to their appointment times. However, I found the staff to be hurried and unable/unwilling to answer many of the questions that I had. In addition, the frozen embryo transfer protocol form that I was given listed an inaccurate time line for each step and subsequently caused many scheduling problems for me. When I found out that the information was inaccurate, I asked a nurse over the phone if there was an updated form available, and the curt response was: "No". Lastly, no one should be told via a recorded message on the "Patient Results Network" that 1) their embryos didn't develop and none are left over, and 2) that the subsequent pregnancy test was negative. That should always be done via a real-time phone call. read more

I am NOT surprised to see so many bad reviews. They're just a fertility clinic, and by nature, shi**y service and fu*k ups seem to be the norm, not the exception. So focus on one statistic: success rate (which is hard to come by per clinic, so go by probability over time for your demographic). We rated them three stars because we had no nightmares like many other reviewers for In Via or like other reviewers of other clinics (check out the crappy reviews for The Fertility Clinic of Chicago. YIKES). Fyi, I am the hubby, but I speak for both. And we're not pregnant yet after having completed a harrowing unsuccessful IUI with In Via. We're debating on where to go for further fertility treatment. And just so you should know, fertility "clinics" and doctors are in the BUSINESS of fertility. Point fu*ken blank. That's harsh I know. But it's the truth. Medicine and healthcare is a business and no where is that more apparent than in fertility treatment and elective plastic surgery treatment. So I am not going to write our "boo hoo" effen sob story here. Ours is not that bad. But not great either. But I will tell you the plus points B4 the negatives since there seem to be so few people who highlight the positives among their own negative experiences and since the successful couples don't always write as many positive reviews as the negative reviewers. Here's my take: Dr. Klipstein is fine. We hardly spoke to her, via the portal, phone, or in person (thrice) for our diagnostics, blood tests, and the one IUI cycle we did. When we did she was forthcoming but she can't cram all information in just one or two meetings. So you're at the mercy of the process, your own research and your own learning curve. More about that later. But this process could most probably be done by just nurses rather than doctors being involved. Portal communication is good. You write to them, and they write back. Test results are posted and so are other things. Nurses are good and not the least bit rude. They're just busy and efficient. There's not an inordinate amount of waiting time in the waiting room and your questions are answered if you ask them, either in person or on the phone, or, thru the patient online portal. Scheduling is fairly easy and you can even meet them in the early morning before 7:30 am. One positive reviewer mentioned scheduling an appointment at 6:30 am. I do not doubt that. Those are all the positives. Negatives: Yes, they suck on billing. They make you prepay the $2,000 upfront for the IUI fertility treatment (insurance companies frown upon this). They hit you up for a new bill almost upon every visit without explanation. I had to do a conference call with the Hoffman billing office of In Via and my insurance company to figure it all out. Lots of hours later, with a full detailed spreadsheet I worked up, I learned MOST of their charges were accurate except one where they coded a claim incorrectly and submitted to the insurance company quite late. Just an fyi: know which fertility drugs are covered in your insurance. Ours didn't cover them. Rude awakening. But bottom line, it takes a lot of digging with their billing "department" to figure out what all the upfront charges were for, what went towards our deductible, what went to patient responsibility for "out of pocket charges," and what was not covered. Diagnostics and bloodwork are NOT to be coded as fertility, just fyi. Ours was coded accordingly. Another reviewer's was not. Watch out. Another reviewer posted negative reviews bout Dr. Karande. We didn't have any interactions with him...but hey. It's a business. Can't expect that he's going to be any different than any other fertility doctor. Other than that, they're biggest negative is they don't fu**en care about you. You are a number. It's McDonald's, as one reviewer mentioned about the Fertility Clinic of Chicago. In Via is not any different. So.....Get in line. YOU need to stay on top of them and educate yourself and then ask questions thru the portal and/or request a phone call from your doctor. If you don't, something in your fertility treatment will get missed or messed up. YOU need to know your schedule, your wife's menstrual cycle, with and without medication. YOU need to know the necessary diagnostic bloodwork requirements and YOU need to learn to ask questions about their results and what they mean. YOU need to follow up and be proactive about the next step and the next appointment. Do your homework. This clinic, NOR any clinic is going to spoon feed you and make you feel "oh so special" for wanting to have a baby. Once you're pregnant, they won't be seeing you again, unless you want another baby thru IVF/IUI again. So, Learn about IVF and IUI well enough, the drugs involved, what your insurance will and will not cover, what diagnostics and immunizations you need to do before an IVF or IUI cycle, know the possible complications, know your body, and know everything. read more

I am not a bad reviewer. I always try to pick up good things with every thing. But this place drew me crazy. I created my yelp account just write review so that it will help others. Please please please avoid this place. They are horrible and just snatch your money. I took appointment just for consultation with Dr. Sigal. She talked like any other doctor but I have never seen any doctor to force the pateint for ultrasound and bloodwork on the same day of visit. I was pushed to do all the tests. I was too shocked to realize what was going on. They wtihdrawn the blood 4-5 times and send me home. Days later I recevied the big bill charging me for all reduntant tests, many were repeatative as well. They have also used incorrect codes while submitting my insurance. I have good insurance coverage where they cover 100% for all immunization tests and 90% for all diagnostice. My insurance rejected everythign as they submitted those as infertility. my insurance doesn not covere any infertility. Its been 6 months since I visited them and still fighting for my billing issures to be resolved. Belive me they are not helpful in resolving ur billing issues. They are rude. Please do avoid this place. Even though FCI is not innetwork with my insurance, I prefer FCI any time. They dont atleast run money making business like this. Having to go through fertility treatments is stressful enough but to have a rude front desk makes matters even worse. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Sigal Klipstein and before seeing her the front desk asked for $40. I asked her why I have to pay so much for a mere consultation and her response "we're such a reputable place that we don't need to give out free services!" I have gone to many reputable doctors for consultations and have never been charged! In fact, I think if you're that good you should do free consultations because you'll have a new client immediately. The $40 was upsetting but her disrespectful response is what made it worse. I would have walked out but then they would have charged me $50 for canceling. My advice, find a better place! Good luck to anyone going through fertility, but avoid this place.. read more
