The lawyer was able to get the claim settled. Then we got our check and the owner of this company David had the audacity to refuse to endorse the check so we could send it to our mortgage company to get paid to fix our house and pay the pay his company as well. He demanded that we pay him his commissions immediately and refused to endorse the check. We had to borrow thousands of dollars to pay him because we felt very strong-armed and bullied. We had been fighting the insurance company for so long and just wanted to fix our house but he must be hard up for money because he was not going to wait for the check to be dispersed from the mortgage company to us so we could pay him then. At this point we are so fed up with this business…read more We have a flood in the house 2 months ago. There adjuster cam out the following Monday took pictures. Then the insurances adjuster came out. It seemed that we had to call him to find what happening. It was always an excuse as to why he was not working on our case. We got fed up with him and called the home office. The person who answered stated that the insurance did not have the pictures the restore team took. Um, the adjuster verified he got them. We were told they sent in the proposal for repairing our house. But a week later we had to call them since they are not good at getting back to people. People who are paying them and work for us basically. We have had to call them since they never call us. Two weeks ago was the last time we have heard from them. Personally I am very concerned about ghis company. They never call you and when you call them it is always some excuse. But after nit calling them for 2 weeks show how unreliable the company is. When you put your trust in an adjuster and company to look out for you, against the big insurance company and they are just as bad if not worse. This company would get no stars and a huge flashing light saying "Go Elsewhere"
