He captured our confidence and trust in him. Farrell thoroughly explained the entire process. Platinum is experienced, fair, and knowledgeable in all phases of forcing these insurance companies to fulfill their monetary obligations. My heart feels sorrow for all of the poor souls that didn't use Platinum and ended up getting reimbursed pennies on the dollar from these insurance companies. I would not be surprised if these guys wrote their own reviews. THIS IS THE WORST ADJUSTERS COMPANY. If you want to waste your money give them a call. They will come out, pretend to care, get you to sign papers and then go back to their working mill. If you do happen to get any money from your insurance company, don't worry, they will then show up and pretend they helped you get it. Everyone from the fake adjusters to the rude ladies in the office are unprofessional and a bunch of scammers. But don't take my word for it...give them a call. read more

These people are awesome. . . By far THE BEST adjusters I've ever dealt with. I actually found them by mistake and it's the one mistake I'm glad I ever made. My house was literally falling apart due to water damage and I knew it was a lot of work; expensive work that I could not afford. Thank God for them. They are very diligent and professional. Although my insurance company tried to get away with giving close to nothing for my damages, their perseverance paid off and I got enough to take care of the damages and then some. I'm very pleased with their service and I would recommend them to anyone.
