He is very through in describing your test/ lab results as well as explaining different treatment paths and why he thinks one path is the best. Recently I was out in a new medication and when I started having negative side effects I was able to message Dr Maxwell through their patient portal and he messaged me back the same day and had a new prescription ready for me soon after that. I can't recommend Dr Maxwell high enough!!!

BUT he wrote me up on my Medical records (IN ALL CAPS) for all to see as if I was somehow in the wrong for questioning why it was never discussed as a health issue, obviously to cover his own ass. His notes on my Records are very unprofessional and obviously written in anger which says alot. THESE NOTES NEED TO BE REMOVED.
