When I sent him a screenshot he did not call me back and apologize as he said he would. I got a half-assed apology a few days later in an email saying it was not seen on his end. BUT he wrote me up on my Medical records (IN ALL CAPS) for all to see as if I was somehow in the wrong for questioning why it was never discussed as a health issue, obviously to cover his own ass. His notes on my Records are very unprofessional and obviously written in anger which says alot. THESE NOTES NEED TO BE REMOVED.
