I told her I would be coming in to check them out and she said it was fine. When I arrived, I see them hanging on the wall and I see one that I liked. When I asked if I can try it on, she said I can only try it on if I am going to commit to paying for it. I was confused as I told her I cannot pay for something if I don't know what it will look like on me and she still refused to let me try it on and just held it on her hand. I told her I was not interested anymore and she said okay. I'm sorry, but I have NEVER been to a bridal store where they don't let you try on stuff. That was RIDICULOUS. Very disappointed with my wedding centerpieces and sweetheart table. Communication started out…read morewell, we talked about my wedding colors and the style I wanted and Nayeli said this was not a problem and could deliver. I also provided a ton of florals for my gazebo to be decorated and paid extra for her to take care of that which she said was no problem. She requested early access to the venue to get everything done in time which I arranged. She showed up two hours late to the venue, only used half the florals I provided for the gazebo which made it look terrible and bare for my ceremony and ALL my family photos after. Then we got to the reception. The centerpieces looked bare and sad and were not even the colors we discussed! There was lots of pink when my colors were lavender and gold. The sweetheart display was not at all as we discussed or I expected. It was so ugly and there was nothing I could do to fix it. I should have just handled everything myself with faux flowers it would have been cheaper and looked way better. Learn from my mistake and find someone else. The photos on her Instagram cannot possibly be her own work. Also when I asked to pick up the rest of the florals that were unused she wouldn't even meet me and left everything outside her house unattended. So rude.
