I needed to order a Lei for my son's graduation so I went on Yelp and searched a florist in my neighborhood. I called Village Florist and spoke to Kathy who is the owner and she was so very helpful and so sweet with helping me chose the perfect Lei for him. I drove over to meet with Kathy and finalize the order. Kathy is amazing!!!! The floral shop is gorgeous and filled with the most beautiful fresh flowers and arrangements to choose from. I even witnessed some arrangements being made for an upcoming wedding and they were beautiful! They also have some plants there as well. I love supporting small family owned businesses especially when they are so nice and accommodating as Kathy is. It's not very often that I need to use a florist but I know one thing for sure - the next time I need flowers I'm going to Village Florist! Their prices are comparable to other florists. WAY over the top notch!!! This is seriously the only florist in the San Fernando Valley I will ever even consider. My husband and I were intending to go to a funeral yesterday. Something urgent came up at work; so, we couldn't make it. The flower arrangement that was put together for the same day delivery was ready in no time at all. There was a lunch at the house after the funeral. I didn't want the flowers delivered if no one was home. Village florist confirmed way before the time that I expected that they would deliver after 2PM as requested.
