What I did know is that when I met Rachel, I was immediately drawn to her energy--she has a calmness and peace about her that's really rare in LA. She's clearly doing something right. I followed Rachel on Instagram for a while and some of her lessons really spoke to me, specifically about protecting one's energy and setting energetic boundaries. After a stressful and exhausting week at work, I reached out to Rachel for help in setting those boundaries. Our session was virtual and I had no idea what to expect. She began the session by asking me about my goals and areas to focus on, then she explained to me what she was about to do. As a newbie, I really appreciated her bedside manner in guiding me through the process! Then she had me lie down and close my eyes and she played soft music and began her energy work. Throughout the session I felt very relaxed, though present and in my body. Afterward, I immediately felt lighter--literally, physically lighter, as incredible as it sounds--like I was finally able to let go of my frustration and anxiety. I've had plenty of expeirence working with other reiki healers, but what sets Jenny Bee apart for me is that I can really FEEL her from hundreds of miles away. Doing sessions long distance with her has proven to be profound and to me, that speaks volumes to her abilities. I work a very cerebral job as a research scientist, and my mind is often going a million miles a minute. When I had my first session with Jenny, I was feeling overwhelmed about everything I had on my plate to finish by the end of the day. We dropped in and I immedately felt a wave of calm wash over my body. My mind went from chattering and worrying about my projects and to do list to peace. After a few minutes, I felt myself going into a trace-like state; no talking, just energy. It was like I was floating on a cloud, sunbathing in the most healing light. There was a tingling feeling over my body, kind of like when you're holding two magnets and you feel the energy between them. WOW. After our session I felt totally reborn! Stephanie was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I felt safe and warm during the session, with a sense of security which allowed me to release internal tension that arose. She gently guided me through a meditation that helped me deepen into my body. I saw differing color auras during the session and was able to release grief buried in the heart space.
