went in to buy some swisher leafs, the guy at the counter was so rude he's yelling at us not to touch stuff that doesn't say don't touch like okay... couldve kindly said please don't touch he's like "no touching!" like ii pipe allat rn, then we get to checkout and my bf already got his card in the reader ready to pay and the dummy at the counter talkin bout some $5 minimum for card all annoyed like you got the easiest job in h the world the attitude so unnecessary we told u we was only buyin leafs u kno that's not more that 5 and my bf been had his card in the reader jus a stank dude with a stank attitude and a terrible outift got a shoulder holster and a cowboy hat i thought halloween was over BUCH OF BOZOS and you're so good at ur job the ONLY sign i saw in there was no photos so here sum for ya read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. I purchased an item wrapped in plastic. I walked out of the store and noticed I didn't want it. I walked right back in to say that I wanted to exchange or upgrade. I did not want to refund. I was told no refunds, no exchanges. I just walked out. It must have been no more than 10 seconds. They said no. Very disappointed. Very expensive. Very very poor customer service read more

One of the best smoke shops in town has turned into one of the worst. I went in a few months ago talk to a lady she knew absolutely nothing about the different types of CBD oil's and what their uses would be for whether they're relaxing or uppers etc. Fast forward to just the other day I went in there inquiring about Vape pens and Tyler has the worst customer service on earth I went in had a few questions I got short snooty answers that really didn't answer my questions I explained to him that I knew nothing about the product that I was trying to purchase and needed some elaboration and he just looked at me like I was stupid. I was also looking for a replacement piece for my rig they had some that were longer than what I need I told him that I needed a shorter one he slipped it in my bag and ended up charging me for it anyway then would not give me a refund. I understand there no refund policy simply asked for an exception because I told him it was too long and that I would not be able to use it. Best he could do was exchange it for an inferior product that happened to be the correct length and does not match my rig. I always recommended this establishment to friends and acquaintances because they do have a vast selection and decent prices.However I will never recommend this establishment ever again or darken the door of it. Please send your employees to customer service training and product knowledge training!!! read more

I dont get where a lot of the negative reviews are coming from. I received excellent and prompt service. Do understand that smoke/vape stores are not huge businesses, and as such become very busy with only a few patrons. If the store clerk is busy, its never too late to wait your turn. read more

Very poor customer service at noon on Sunday at this place. I purchased an ooze pen and was not given a charger and when I went back to get it they made me.pay for another one even though I was never given one. I understand they dont have proof however there was no acknowledgement or sorry on behalf of inward since they forgot to do their job correctly in the first place. Making a mistake is one thing but poor service is another. I wouldn't take time to write a review however this has been a normal thing here. Called to ask a question called twice before someone answered couldn't understand what the person said when he greeted. I started to ask my question he said "I have customers" and put me on hold for 9 min where the call ended and when I went to call back. It went to a weird Time Warner Cable message saying; gat this, this number can not be reach and the voicemail box is full. Never got a chance to have my business. read more

Tony, Dj, Tommy, and Emily. Always great service. I go to this place frequently. They REALLY know their stuff. Super knowledgeable about products, as well as providing a great selection of products. Its unfortunate that the people below had a bad experience. But honestly I doubt it. Tony knows how to take care of his customers, and if there was a problem, he can indefinatley delegate a solution. Two thumbs up to inward-minds, without the staff, it would not be the great place it is. Whoever the owner is, should feel really lucky he/she has such a great crew. Attention all veterans (black soldiers especially) and those who value honesty and integrity. Do not purchase items that you are not sure if they will work or not. This company sells counterfeit merchandise and will not refund you money if they do not work properly. They will tell you to bring it back if it does not work but when you do they say all sales final. When I made contact with the management (Tony) he tried to tell me that I did not purchase the item at the location. Even after seeing the receipt from the purchase he would not assist me at all, if fact I was treated like I was lying and trying to get over on the business for a $97.00 purchase. The customer service is the worst possible.If I had known the item was not legitimate I would have never purchased it. I would not recommend this place for any reason. read more
