I have gone to classes which is a big struggle for me as I am often not able to keep up. The instructors and other members are so great, they encourage you to keep going and help you modify exercises so that you don't feel defeated. Even when you are working out on your own whether it be on strength machines, ellipticals, treadmills or free weight/ queenX area, the staff will stop by see how your doing, offer helpful tips and give you tips on how to keep your form so you can get the most out of your workout. Thankfully I was so for the last 12 weeks I have learned TONS of new things about my body and the way it works (and sometimes doesn't). Lacie and the other instructors have pushed and prodded my long, tall frame to be better than it was when I arrived. I've had numerous "aha" moments from the instruction that keep me thinking between classes. I am so grateful for the time and energy they've invested in me over these last 3 months.
