I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new! Their cleaning product and equipment/machinery did the job! I highly recommend MasterCare for your cleaning needs, they are Masters at caring and cleaning.

They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. They look brand new and we've had a lot of compliments on the quality of the work. We also had them scotch guarded. With the holidays and chaos, the spot was not a priority. I finally called to have them re-clean and was told because I waited a month I would have to wait until a truck was in the area. They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. Of course, since I live in another city there are now no trucks scheduled and they will "call me". I will NEVER use or recommend them again.
