They did and had an opening so I canceled a previous appointment and drove 40 miles to their office. Once there I find out that my medicare insurance won't pay for anything but the actual adjustment. So without prior notice, I was expected to pay at least $60.00 and whatever 'extras' the doctor decided I needed on the spot. While this can happen, it should NOT happen when the staff member asked if I had a Medicare plan and I said yes. She knew I would have to pay out of pocket when I got there and deliberately kept that nugget to herself. This was made all the more annoying since the intake forms she sent me to fill out were 14 pages long. When I challenged her about withholding this information after I specifically called for the coverage information she simply said they don't normally discuss it on the phone. Right. I guess that's because after most people drive there and wade through the ridiculously long intake forms they acquiesce to pay rather than start over with another doctor. This was deliberate on their part and I suspect a little too opportunistic. Never again will I trust this doctor's office for any reason. Provider letter of complaint to Medigold office soon to follow.

They got me in scheduled for 950 the following day they ordered me to fill out information naturally online and I could not fill out the proper paperwork ... They then proceeded to tell me that I had to reschedule. I could not fill that out on the computer because I did not have my insurance information. It wouldn't let me go any further so they refused my services. With pain of sciatica of five days I wouldn't recommend these people to my ex mother-in-law. !!!
