When I let him know what I needed, he unfortunately didn't have what i needed. He quickly countered with that this location has it, and for the inconvenience he would help me out. I took him up on it. He called ahead and they were ready for me. I walked in and they got me the cover I needed and had me back on the road shortly. They went over and above the call of duty in helping me and my 2 computers. I moved here from CA years ago and this company has attributes that shout Iowa Nice. My pc has an overheating issue. They have a "30" day warranty and I brought my pc back 3 times during this period. They hardly pick up the phone during office hours. Never use this place they are horrendous and will cost you an arm & a leg.
