They ensure that my tenants are in a safe and clean environment. If something needs to be repaired they get it fixed quickly. If the repair is a bit more costly, they help get multiple quotes and work with me on the timing of the repair whenever possible. 2. They keep their portal updated so I can see the income and expense details. 3. I get a monthly report from the property manager letting me know what is going on at the properties. 4. They have good customer service. If I have a question or if the tenant has a question they respond quickly to address the question/concern. 5. They are detail oriented. This is especially important when you work with financial transactions. I couldn't be happier to work with the team at Stanbrough. Tobit has become a trusted business partner. Jeff stanbrough has too much going on to care for the people who have made him his money. He has a minion he sends out to deliver bad news named Jeremy. Jeff is a dishonest coward. I was treated so poorly. I was judged for being different. I was served a 3 day notice for having a controlled substance which never existed. The negligence and absolute disrespect is something I'll never forget. I was raided by police (Dallas county) and still am not sure the reason behind it all. I had a gun to my head and was handcuffed only to be released after they searched the house and found nothing. I want answers, but I'll probably never get them. I have trouble sleeping, I wake up in panic several times every hour. I feel like I need therapy. These guys are So hard to get a hold of. Maintenance requests take forever and when they come they do a shit job. Every single staff member I've dealt with was so horrible to me. The communication is non existent unless they wanna reach you. The properties are cheap and repairs are slim. I hope nobody else gets treated the way I was treated by this horrible company. Leah judged me and declined my first application because I mentioned how I like to make music. I should have heeded the warning signs. Red flags all over. Overpriced and overly rude. We have recently purchased a house where Kurt was the selling agent. It was by far the worst real…read moreestate experience I have ever encountered. Negotiating was impossible whether it was because of Kurt or the seller, I am not aware. Things that were agreed upon before closing were not done before closing. The house smelled of dog urine and there were visible stains on the "new carpet". We asked that the carpets be professionally cleaned and the house be cleaned before closing. When we saw the house the remote control for one of the gas fireplaces was missing so we were not able to test it out. We told Kurt and his team that we were not able to check the fireplace because of no remote. They said it would be fine and working. The house has power blinds in some of the rooms and those were not able to be checked as there was no remote either. They said to not worry as it was somewhere in the house. I drove a U-haul with some of our stuff up for closing from Dallas Texas to Iowa. Final walk through, the house still smelled of dog urine and the inside of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom were disgusting. My realtor chose to pay half to get the carpets professionally shampooed and the house cleaned as it seemed that they thought it was acceptable. The remote for the fireplace was there and did not work, we replaced the batteries to it and still wouldn't work. The only way to get it to work is take the cover off and manually turn on the gas fireplace under the burner. So it looks like I will have to pay to have someone come and get it to work with the remote. There was no remote to the blinds. Kurt said that there should be, but sadly there was not. My realtor had to spend money out of there pocket to buy a new remote for the fireplace and a new remote for the blinds as Kurt and his team deemed it not important to make this right. I assume when you spend over $600,000. on a house that things should be taken care of. If I could give Kurt and his team Zero Stars, I gladly would. Sadly, and experience that should have been enjoyable was quite the opposite of that.

Parking lot floods, they use crow tow and will tow anyone (regardless of how short they are parked there), will not be kind in any communications, and do not treat their home owning residents with any respect. I would rather have no property management company and instead just pay substantially less for snow removal and mowing of the property. There is nothing this company does for the property that would warrant a $200 monthly fee.
