They are detail oriented and transparent with me. There are multiple things that I appreciate about them. Here are a few of the items: 1. They ensure that my tenants are in a safe and clean environment. If something needs to be repaired they get it fixed quickly. If the repair is a bit more costly, they help get multiple quotes and work with me on the timing of the repair whenever possible. 2. They keep their portal updated so I can see the income and expense details. 3. I get a monthly report from the property manager letting me know what is going on at the properties. 4. They have good customer service. If I have a question or if the tenant has a question they respond quickly to address the question/concern. 5. They are detail oriented. This is especially important when you work with financial transactions. I couldn't be happier to work with the team at Stanbrough. Tobit has become a trusted business partner. In my voice mail message I provided my cell phone number contact, and explained that I currently resided in Nebraska but was interested in viewing the Radcliffe property. Guess what? NO RESPONSE. I was willing to drive FOUR HOURS to view her property and I did not even get the common courtesy of a response. The old saying, 'You never get a second chance to make a first impression" applies to Iowa Realty. I have heard others express that realtors are the new 'used car salesmen' and my personal experience has bore this out. Shameful. The house we bought has bedroom windows that won't close, needs a new roof (inspector didn't even get on a ladder, just "surveyed from the ground), and has thermostats on 2nd floor and basement that are ornamental only- they aren't hooked up to anything, and I was gifted an attic full of garbage. House has intercom and speakers but the wires are cut. I would've loved to had someone advocating for me and my family and shouldn't have relied on this one realtor to "play both sides" as someone had to lose out. Posted is my bedroom temp in early June. This is as cool as it gets as there is no working AC or heat to bedroom. I'm heavy and have always tried to sleep at 68 degrees.

Mailbox problem: Upon moving in, I called Kading for keys to access my locked mailbox, and they…read moresaid to check with the post office and that they don't do anything with the mailboxes. I called Kading back and they said that they don't pay for the mailboxes and that it is up to me. Since Kading didn't have the keys to the mailbox, the post office clerk said that I had to pay $40 for keys to the mailbox... Moving out charges did not seem fair: They deducted money from my deposit that are normal wear and tear.
