The expenses kept adding up and the issue would be solved for about 3 months then it would happen again. Not once in those 3 years did any of the other plumbers actually explain the issue or offer tips to take care of the issue; Sentry Plumbing did. I contacted them through an email late at night; early next morning they had responded and we booked an appointment for a couple of hours later. They showed up when they were scheduled, stated up front what the cost was going to be so there would be no surprise at the end, ran a camera down the underground pipe, saw the issue, explained the issue, took care of the issue, and provided tips for me in order to not have to call another plumber in 3 months. Sentry Plumbing is now my GO TO plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have. Extremely professional and friendly, completely knowledgeable, and extraordinarily helpful. They noticed an issue with my bathroom toilet as well and asked if I wanted them to fix it, no extra charge (other than the price of the part which was minimal). Plumbing issues are not cheap but Sentry Plumbing charged less than any of the other plumbing companies I've called for this issue and did NOT receive the helpful feedback that I did from Sentry Plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars ALL THE WAY AROUND. Then hours later in the afternoon I received a text message saying that a technician was on their way but again no one showed up.
