So 2 guys showed up when scheduled, snaked the drain, and took care of the issue. They were friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I realize plumbers are expensive and I wasn't wrong. It cost $339. I chose to pass them on on this 2-lane road. After activating my turn signal on entering the oncoming lane to pass the them, the front vehicle began increasing his speed all the way to 65mph, as if to intentionally block me from passing. This behavior is not only incredibly inappropriate but extremely dangerous and could get someone killed. Driving is not a competition, and I would never advise anyone to do business with a company who's employees think it's okay to put the lives of others in danger.

We used Lyle for 2 siding projects. Where he shines is communication and timeliness. He checked in…read moreon his crews regularly and addressed any concerns. He also offered good insight. He is very responsive when it came to calling, texting or emailing. During both projects Lyle was easy to get a hold of and started the siding projects fairly close to the promised dates. If I only scored him on the recent project, I would give him an A as the crew was quick, professional and responsive. They did all of the touch up work I asked about. My only issue was I have found some stray nails in the yard and I have a dog. With the first project the crew seemed a bit more hasty in the tear down of the siding and did a bit more damage to some other areas that needed to be repaired. They did all the touch-ups, no questions asked. They cleaned up everything really well and were courteous but just not quite as professional as the crew on the second job for the most recent work. I would absolutely recommend Lyle as he is someone I can trust to do good honest work at a fair price.

The expenses kept adding up and the issue would be solved for about 3 months then it would happen again. Not once in those 3 years did any of the other plumbers actually explain the issue or offer tips to take care of the issue; Sentry Plumbing did. I contacted them through an email late at night; early next morning they had responded and we booked an appointment for a couple of hours later. They showed up when they were scheduled, stated up front what the cost was going to be so there would be no surprise at the end, ran a camera down the underground pipe, saw the issue, explained the issue, took care of the issue, and provided tips for me in order to not have to call another plumber in 3 months. Sentry Plumbing is now my GO TO plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have. Extremely professional and friendly, completely knowledgeable, and extraordinarily helpful. They noticed an issue with my bathroom toilet as well and asked if I wanted them to fix it, no extra charge (other than the price of the part which was minimal). Plumbing issues are not cheap but Sentry Plumbing charged less than any of the other plumbing companies I've called for this issue and did NOT receive the helpful feedback that I did from Sentry Plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars ALL THE WAY AROUND. I strongly encourage people to contact Sentry Plumbing for any plumbing issues.
