Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. The service and attention to detail is the opposite of what Ed provided and guarantee he made to customers. I had a large project that I wish I went with another painter for. After pointing out the lack of quality across the work (top of doors not painted, streaking, chipping, primer issues), it was redone but at another significant expense charged by E Booth. Essentially paying twice for quality that was still poor - and should have been done properly the first time. I had to bring a new painter in to complete the job professionally. It took a while to find someone good to fix the leaks, but once we did, we needed a good painter to fix the wall & ceiling damage and repaint. We also took the opportunity to change the color of the room. The end result is great, and we're very happy! Also, their rates were fair. Scraping and spackling to repair all the damage, priming and painting, with a crew of 3 over two days, was $1,250. Seems like a very fair price to me, especially since they were careful, neat and gave us a gorgeous end result! We're very happy, and I highly recommend them!
