August 21, 2022 I had been having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy A 51 phone since last May. I could not send or receive phone calls, and My GPS was not working. I had met with at least four techies, two of whom had "fixed" my phone. The fix only lasted as long as I was in their store (probably because they were accessing Wifi and mobile data did not need to be used). I spent numerous hours, on several occasions speaking, or chatting, with specialists from Tracfone, Samsung, and Xfinity/Comcast. Tracfone explained to me how to fix my phone but, each time, those fixes were short-lived. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated. One day, last week, I was driving on Electric Ave., in Fitchburg, and happened to see the Zadecellfix LLC sign along the road. I took a chance and went to the shop. The gentleman, Ibrahim Samadzade, listened to my tale of woe and immediately began to assess what was going on with my phone. He conversed with the techies at Tracfone and was able to fix the problem(s). I went home extremely happy and relieved. However, a few hours later, the fix was no longer working. I went back to Zadecellfix the next day, and Ibrahim immediately contacted Tracfone, again. After two hours of frustrating conversations with Tracfone, Ibrahim had truly fixed my phone. Of course, I was apprehensive, but the next day, I was still able to make and receive calls, and GPS was working again. Great place! Amazing service. I went into Zade Cell Fix as my iPhone 13 had unexpectedly died and wasn't turning on. I had lost photos, texts, and several other items that I needed back. I decided to give Zade Cell Fix a try, as it was local and I was looking for an affordable option. Exceptional service! Ibrahim was quick to respond to my emails with a detailed quote and insight into the issue. He followed up in person, trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately, was not able to fix it right away as it was a unique issue. He did not stop there though.
