I had a great experience. My iPhone 8 was rattling and vibrating very very loud when getting a notification that vibrates (like a text, email, or call). It took him 30 mins to fix it, and it was $45 without tip. He said the screws inside my phone were loose around the vibrating spring. Sikander replaced my nephews iPad 2 screen (which was the worst I've ever seen) in an hour for $80, offered me advice for future purchases pertaining to 'rambunctious preteens', and upsold me a screen protector for $15, which I was happy to pay. He called me 45 min. later, it was ready to go. He was asking when I was coming to pick it up! Apparently, he wanted to go to lunch but didn't want to miss me. He then changed his lunch plans as to not inconvenience me. Holy Balls. I am headed there tomorrow to get my nephews iPhone screen fixed, as well. I am pretty happy with this place. If you are coming from Hudson to your job in Nashua, drop your phone/tablet/whatever off, and it'll be ready by lunch, so you can pick it up after work. I am VERY happy with the work that was done. iPhone 6 had a trashed battery from being left in a hot car. They swapped in a new battery quick and for a good price. New battery took a couple charge cycles to balance out but it's good now. Nice chill shop. 7 phones on my plan so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

My story is typical, I dropped my iPhone 6 and cracked the screen. I brought it in, and Sikander replaced the screen in 30 minutes, and charged me $70, and told me I had a one year warranty. All was good. 45 days later, I began getting deep lines on the screen, and serious distortion playing any kind of video. In addition, the battery wouldn't stay charged very long. Sikander quickly determined the LCD was bad, and admitted he replaced it with the screen, but said it was not covered by the warranty. Then he gave me lots of different excuses (his vendor would probably not take back the defective part he sold me, maybe the iPhone had a different battery issue, etc.) He offered to replace it again for $65, but I declined. Bottom line, the problem was with the part he installed, and he refused to honor the warranty he gave me. Bad Business. read more

Went in looking for a car cellphone mount. The place is a hole in the wall, very disorganized, super small inventory, and the workshop part had random electronics scattered everywhere. It looked like a front to buy and chop up stolen devices. Needless to say they didn't have any car mounts. read more

My aunt dropped her new iPhone 8 into Lake Conway. She could no longer plug in her charger. The man told us it would take 10 minutes and went into the backroom. He returned in 5 minutes, and told us we were lucky. There were some grains of sand inside, as well as some water, which he cleaned out with alcohol. Success! Honest and funny guy, he advised my aunt not to drop the phone into water again. She has some issues with the battery and he spent some time looking for resolutions with us. Great place. read more

Went in today for a screen repair on my iPhone XS Max. Let's start with the bad. First off, the new screen is of lower quality to the OEM, but that's not a surprise as apple doesn't make its OEM parts widely available, so it's not much of a knock on the business, but I do believe this screen isn't as good of an aftermarket/3rd party replacement as you can get. It is a 4K/60hz capable screen, there's just a bit more motion blur when swiping and scrolling than the original, but playing video is still quite nice. Also the screen is about 25-30% dimmer than the original, not a big deal since I(and most others) keep screen brightness lowered to save battery anyway. I've never needed the full peak nits from the OEM screen. Last negative, for some reason the hot buttons on the Lock Screen for the camera and flashlight are no longer functioning. A quick diagonal swipe from the corner to lower the accessibility menu including keys for those apps works just fine. So again, not the end of the world at all. I have no pressing reason to NEED those hot keys 1 second quicker than by using the drop down menu. Now the Good. They are the cheapest repair in town by anywhere from 25-40%. In calling around I was quoted at 5 different places 200.00-240.00 for a replacement. I paid 150.00 at this shop. Which also explains the *slightly* cheaper replacement part. The most impressive trait of this shop though was the speed. 10-15 minutes for a full screen replacement is a sign of confident workmanship. The iPhone xsmax has a few delicate ribbon connectors for its daughter board, and my screen was completely shattered. I have replaced cracked iPhone screens in the past myself, and there's a big difference in how delicate you need to be when the screen is completely shattered. And why I took it to a professional this time around. So for me this place gets 4 stars. If you need a replacement as fast as possible, if you're traveling or just can't be without your phone for very long due to work or something, you're really not going to beat a full replacement in under 20 minutes for the price. The one star it's missing is for the *slightly* lower tiered replacement part provided. Other than that price, speed, and a quality job done on the technical side are absolutely worth a stop in if you need this job done. read more

I would not recommend going to this business. My wife and I had an alarming and threatening experience with this vendor resulting in the Merrimack Police being dispatched. My pregnant wife needs a working phone, her existing phone had been submerged in water. Initially it sounded like a potential repair would take 30-60 minutes, be performed while we wait, and have an 80% chance of success. After paying, the timeframe changed from 30-60 minutes to a firm 4 hours. Unfortunately, my wife needs a working phone and four hours did not provide enough time to replace the phone today if the attempted fix failed. I asked for my money back from the person working at the kiosk and then the owner, initially on the phone and then in person. The owner repeatedly denied the request and told me to accept the service and the 4 hours it would take; the owner also told me to call the police if that was unacceptable, which I did. The police came and the owner continued to refuse the refund request for "not accepting service". The police officer also asked the owner repeatedly to provide a refund. At this point the owners story changed - a subset of the service could now be completed in 20 minutes. With everything the owner had said and projected, I did not trust the vendor and still wanted a refund. I was told a refund would require an apology from me for asking for my money back and this was all about "teaching a lesson" - I should really just let them do the service. I promptly apologized, because I wanted nothing to do with the belligerent owner anymore and wanted to put the craziness behind me. The owner eventually gave a refund after about an hour of lecturing the officer about how we should accept the service. While providing the refund the owner continued to lecture my pregnant wife and I about how he was "teaching a lesson". We walked away after the refund was completed and the owner was still speaking; we were done being lectured too. He started to swear as we walked away and police had to intervene. The officer said the Merrimack NH police department will be filing a report with the business and owners name. 8/22 Addition: "Skender G", the owner, has stated below that I work for or am friends with a competitor - neither of which are true. Actually, I never knew the cellphone repair business was so competitive. I am just a guy trying to keep his pregnant wife connected with a phone. Beyond that, what would a competitor have to gain by going to a kiosk, requesting a service, and then cancelling the request when the terms no longer work? What "insider" secrets could possibly be learned in the time frame? If the refund was given when initially requested, this review would have never been written and the Police would have never been called. read more

I've worked with this company before when I had a phone screen that needed replacing so I went back again when I needed a battery replaced in a new phone. When I got the phone back, I noticed that the screen had a hairline fracture from the upper left side to the home screen button that isn't noticeable when the screen is on. The phone went back into it's protective casing before I left the store. I called to let them know what happened and was told that if anything happens to the phone in the process of replacing a battery, it is MY liability to deal with the repair. I wasn't told about this beforehand, I wasn't given anything that said this to sign before I agreed to the repair, and it wasn't mentioned in my previous encounter with this shop. They didn't even offer to fix the screen they broke. I was told the manager is on vacation and wouldn't call me back for over a week to discuss the issue and because I left before the issue was noticed, it's my burden to bear. All I know is that I have had this phone for a year and a half, it goes in to get a battery replaced and comes back with a broken screen. Very disappointed in both the service and the response to my phone call. To top it all off, the battery is still not holding a charge so I basically paid $70 for them to crack my screen and for them to tell me that it was my fault.
