When I came back to explain the issue, instead of helping, they started acting rude and defensive, trying to blame me and claiming that I must have changed the password before bringing it in. Really? The same pattern I've used for seven years somehow stopped working the moment you touched the phone? Their explanations were completely nonsensical. It's obvious they have no real technical understanding of what they're doing. Even a beginner could find dozens of possible causes online -- faulty digitizer calibration, firmware mismatch, bad grounding, incompatible touch controller -- yet they didn't check any of that.
