They didn't have the exact oled replacement I needed but let me borrow an lcd screen for a few days so I'm not without a phone while they ordered the screen . Very very cool of them to do that I haven't heard of anybody doing something like this before. They did not charge me for the screen rental just for the new one and repair . I took my iPhone 12 pro max here to get the back screen replaced and I ended up having to get a totally new phone because their repair destroyed mine. I'll start off by saying that they did fully refund me for what I had paid them, but I still had to buy a completely new phone .After the repair my front screen had a pixel that was broken, my back camera no longer worked, I ended up having to get a completely new phone because the internal software for my phone was damaged from their repair. After days of driving back and forth and them trying to charge me to fix the damage they had caused this place does not deserve one star. read more

I needed to have the glass back of my iPhone XR replaced. I requested quotes for the repair and William was the first response. His pricing was the best! I had several questions and with each question I sent I received a very timely answer. My repair required the back glass to be chipped off with care note to damage the camera. Naturally, I called around for some quotes and checked reviews of local repair shops. By far, Sean with Switch wireless was the best. He offered the best value for both my front and rear screens. I called about 10 different places and he was the best priced with the screen available same day. Upon completing the repair the vibrator was not sounding right. If you break or shatter your iPhone screen, don't go here. We were at the point to checkout to pay for an iPhone repair and the lady behind the counter started asking for personal information that we did not want to share. We asked why they needed this personal information and the woman replied back very snippily and made a face like this was a ridiculous question to ask. Sorry, but this is the United States, and just like you, I have every right to inquire as to why you are collecting certain information. Upon witnessing this reaction, I told her that she doesn't need to have an attitude with me, that I just asked a simple question. The owner of the store proceeds to come out from the back office and tells me to leave the store and that he doesn't want to deal with me. Seems like I hit a nerve, which makes me wonder, what do they do with all of this information that they collect from other customers coming in? I'm not quite sure how asking this question deserves such an impolite reaction from both of these individuals. The lesson of this is story is that you should always stick to an Apple store for such repairs. You get what you pay for, and in this case, that was rudeness and shady business practices. read more

I have gone to see Will ( the owner) many times and I must say : he is honest, fair and always does a great job . My daughter's iPhone screen was broken and as many as you know that is always an "ouch" moment. Will fixed it in 30 min.Thereafter I had to go straight to APPLE to have the exhausted battery replaced under warranty. The sales person commended how great of a job Will had done to replace it with an original iPhone screen and not some cheap screen that causes problems afterwards.
