Wish their skills to repair matched their ETHICS. Came in for an easy fix but all of a sudden my battery was "damaged" and needed to be replaced. An oblivious customer would usually trust this statement but this was my second trip here and I was already suspicious of my first visit where I had to pay extra for a battery replacement that never took place. This time I told them to hold off on doing anything. Then I came by to pick up the phone that 'needed' a battery change - it was completely fine. Guy tried to play it off by saying "oh the battery is actually alright but u should change it soon." I'd gladly tip the people here for fixing an issue I can't fix myself but instead they have to lie to make an extra $20+ cuz the fix was too easy. You're better off finding another place with honest people. But if u have to come here just be sure to keep them in check. Will never go back. My friend's iPhone's screen stopped working. Phone itself was still working but the screen was unresponsive. We needed fast evaluation on what's wrong with the screen and we called over and was quoted 15-20 minutes to get analyzed. We get to the place and was quoted the same time frame. We waited for almost 2 hours. We needed the phone fixed so qt first we didnt mind the wait until it was act the 30 minute mark and then an hour and it just kept going. It was ridiculous. They also installed a tempered glass on the phone without advising him and the screen looked ridiculous. So we had to wait longer to get the glass off. When we mentioned the wait, they kept passing the buck and saying the guys in the back estimated the wrong wait time, when the guy that was working on the phone was literally in the back the whole time. When we asked to speak to a manager for some resolution, the guy didnt want us to. Never have I left a one star rating. So this is a first, so understand I truly mean that I will not come back and advise others to be sure ahead of time to actually get the appropriate time. read more

Today, I accidentally dropped my iPhone 7 Plus on the ground and the screen shattered. Fortunately, only the screen shattered and the LCD portion still functions correctly. We were here yesterday April 25th got the phone fixed and bought a screen protector too and by the end of the night it wouldn't turn on. We took it back this morning Friday April the 26th, not even 24 hours later we took off the screen protector and they gave us a screen with a scratch on it so the warranty wouldn't cover it, don't you think if we "broke" the phone the screen protector would of been scratched too. They recharged us and said we'll give you a discount for 89 bucks but still charged us 96$ again. They are scammers !!!!!!!! If I could leave 0 star review I would! So a few months ago. I dropped my phone and cracked my glass screen and LCD for my note 8. I originally went to on the 22nd of Dec. gadget repair on paradise and because of covid, they were short staffed. The owner/manager told to go to iPhone wizard and even did the courtesy of dropping my phone at iPhone wizard, since he stated that he was heading that way. He filled out my paperwork and I said I could pick it up tomorrow morning when they opened. Now I had done a quote a few months ago and hadn't mention the price when he filled out my phone paperwork and he quoted me the same price. That I have been quoted online. Which is a big plus on my books. Honesty in sales. So the next day. I pick up my phone and the screen is repaired and I go home. Well I noticed that their were blind spots on my phone, but because of the holiday. I was unable go take care of it. Until Jan 20. Now their policy is that they have a 30 repair if anything is wrong with the phone as long as their wasn't any damage to the phone. If you break the LCD. Again. You are not getting a new LCD. They told me that they would repair the phone but atm they were out of the required part and that they would call me once the part came in. 30 minutes after I left the front desk person calls me that they could have the part tomorrow. Unfortunately I was unable to come into tomorrow but the next day. The last day of my warranty. The lady calls me and said please come in. Your warranty expires today. So I show up. 3 hours later. They repair my phone. No blind spot. Everything good as new. Now what I like is that. They were honest about their pricing. That they took the time to fix the situation and even bother courtesy calling me to remind about my warranty and the last day to use it. And had it not for me waiting almost 30 day to get it taken care of. The warranty issue wouldn't be a issue. But I nearly came on the last days of my warranty. Couple of key things. Cash only. Keep your receipt. Show up early if you have issues with your phone. Hopefully I wont ever drop my phone. But I know where yo go if this happens again. read more

I think I've had four phones repaired here over the years but sadly the quality has gone downhill. I noticed an issue when taking a photo of my iPhone X just shutting down. I called the shop the first week and they mentioned that the battery needs time to adjust and it will eventually register to the phone and not show any errors. After a month the message about the after market battery turned off or so I thought. Fast forward three months just outside of the 90 day warranty and my phone instantly goes to 80% battery life then dies without use in a few hours. If I try to take a photo the phone shuts down completely and you can't turn it on without plugging it into a charger first. I do like this place for store repairs but I think the product they use for repairs is low quality. Also really sketchy that the battery takes a dive right after 90 days. I'll just take the phone to Apple and save the headache read more

I waited for 2 hours and got a phone back with stray pixels, lower resolution and ultimately crappy quality. I left with my original screen put back on and a refund.
