We've been coming to IPlayology ever since we moved to the area a few years ago, and it has become our go-to place for our kids. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. Every time we visit, I see staff actively cleaning and making sure everything is running smoothly, which I really appreciate as a parent. When it came time to book my children's birthday celebration, I didn't even think twice. We've attended several birthday parties here over the years and have always had a great experience. The kids love it, and the location has plenty of convenient parking for guests. I recently attended a tasting event and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The pizzas were delicious, the turkey sandwich was amazing, and the sides were great as well. It's wonderful to have food options available for birthday celebrations and other special events. I also want to give a special thank you to Vickie. She has been incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process. I've probably sent her more questions than I can count, and she always replies quickly and is happy to help. Working with someone like that makes planning a birthday celebration so much less stressful and gives you peace of mind. We recently visited this play center with our 2-year-old son. While I understand that businesses can't control every child's behavior, I was disappointed by the lack of supervision and staff presence in the play areas. During our visit, there were multiple incidents where older children were acting aggressively toward younger kids. In one case, a child who appeared to be around 6 years old shoved my 2-year-old son in the face hard enough to knock him down and make him cry. While the child's parent addressed her own child, I never saw any staff member monitoring the area or stepping in to help de-escalate the situation. I don't expect employees to babysit children, but in a busy indoor play facility there should be some level of active oversight to help ensure younger children can play safely. The environment felt more like a free-for-all than a supervised family play space. Our son recovered quickly, but the experience left us disappointed and uncomfortable. We likely won't be returning unless there is a greater staff presence in the play areas. read more

The space is super clean, and you can tell the staff really take pride in keeping it that way--they're constantly organizing and cleaning, which makes a big difference. We went on St. Patrick's Day, and they had a fun extra activity for the kids along with supplies they could take home. That was a really thoughtful touch and made the visit feel a little more special. The open layout is another big plus. No matter where you sit, you have a clear view of your child, which gives you some peace of mind while they play. The dining area is tucked off to the side, so it doesn't take away from the play space but is still convenient. Overall, our experience here was excellent. I'm from Fontana, but I bring my daughter all the way to this location because of how much fun she has every time we come. The rates are super affordable, and the staff is constantly making sure the place is clean and well maintained. I am beyond horrified by our experience at this indoor playground. What was supposed to be a fun day out for my son turned into a nightmare. Just a couple of days after our visit, he came down with hand, foot, and mouth disease, something that could have been prevented if this facility maintained even basic hygiene standards. The entire place was filthy. The floors were sticky, the play equipment was visibly dirty, and there was grime and smudges everywhere. I saw multiple kids coughing, sneezing, and wiping their noses directly on the equipment -- and not once did a staff member intervene or attempt to sanitize anything. There were no hand sanitizing stations in sight, and it felt like no cleaning had been done in a long time. It was a clear health hazard. To make matters worse, while the owner initially seemed concerned and willing to help, after a brief back-and-forth she completely stopped responding. The concern disappeared once it became clear I wasn't going to just drop the issue. That level of unprofessionalism only added to my frustration. I'm writing this to warn other parents. No one warned me -- but I wish they had. Do not bring your child here. This place is unsanitary, unsafe, and clearly not maintained with children's health in mind. My 4 year old and I went to a birthday party here. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely only for small children. The ball pit was my son's favorite, specially the ball drop. Towards the end of our visit it did get really crowded. Some parents were just sitting playing on their phones not watching their kids who were not friendly. We love this place. The perfect spot for kids to get their wiggles out!!! I wanted to mention Olivia. She was instrumental in our experience being good today, especially since my youngest spilled her juice on the floor of one of the little houses. We have a pass here and come often, and I just love Olivia. She is so attentive, and kind and never makes you feel like she is annoyed even if your kids are behaving obnoxiously- I just wanted make sure that she is noticed for her chill, sweet, and professional attitude. I've been taking my kids here for years and it just keeps getting more dated and less cleanly. Today we stopped by just for an hour around 11 and the house area is chaotic. Everything is dirty and old looking. The "clean up" that happened wasn't much so my naturally tidy 3 year old wanted to clean it (I assisted). It took maybe 5 minutes to do. If there was sanitizer available I would've disinfected it myself too. The baby area was sooo messy despite very few babies being there and that too felt dirty and cluttered. Only part that I thought was fine were the play gyms. $17 for an hour for 1 child, insane price for the quality. I expect updates with the prices they charge. I also forgot to mention that the staff were on their phones texting and kids were playing with food in the play areas. One child even had seaweed snacks on the floor and in the kitchen area. It stood there for almost the entire hour, despite the staff putting some toys back. read more

I saw them cleaning several times throughout the 2 hours we were there very nice to see with all the illness going around. I took my daughters to this playground today and I had a great interaction with McKenna at the front desk. She was polite and kind, checked us in. I purchased two pairs of socks for my daughters and knowing indoor playground policies (to prevent dirt tracking in), I had my own socks. My MIL was with us, but she did not run around like myself, she was waiting for us by sitting in the comfortable chairs, with other adults who were sitting around as well. She was not planning to move around, she was relaxing and sitting in the chair. Now there is a toddler area and I have a very active 2 year old and in order for me to keep close watch on her but not hover, I stayed in the toddler area. I was approached by Marco, the manager, where he saw me sitting in the toddler area and asked me "do you have a baby in there?" I looked at him and responded "yes I do." He asked me again, and laughed saying that "you know that area is for toddlers. Not for adults." I looked at him again and said, "thanks for letting me know." I was approached by McKenna, who checked me in and I asked her if that was her manager, she said yes that was him and I shared my experience with her. I thought it was strange and rude that her manager had asked me if I had a child in the area and reminded me that the area is "for toddlers only." I told her I am not leaving my child unattended because she is very young and active, she could hurt herself. She was kind and apologized on his behalf. I said it was fine and I forgot about it. He came up to me and "apologized" saying that the area I was in was for toddlers only and I told him, "sir, there could have been a better way to approach me. You were completely rude." And he "apologized" again and he walked away. Well, it didn't stop there. I was sitting with my MIL and told her the story and he came by and as an "APOLOGY" he offered my MIL "free socks" because she was sitting in the seat and it was against policy for her to be SITTING in the CHAIR with shoes on. I would understand if she was walking around and she was dragging dirt everywhere, but my MIL is of elderly age! He said that she was in an area where she was bringing in dirt and I stopped him right there because he started fighting with me! I told him, "sir you need to stop. You have been picking on me ever since we've got here and this is not a very good experience for our first time here. You are telling me that I'm not allowed in the area where my TODDLER DAUGHTER is at and you don't even have a sign that says that!" He pointed to this sign (please see picture) that apparently says that I'm not allowed in the toddler play area. I would understand if I was messing around in the toddler area and if my daughter was not in the toddler area but I was SITTING DOWN, WATCHING MY DAUGHTER. Apparently, adults are not allowed to sit in the toddler area. Marco was rude, inconsistent, and I did not appreciate being picked on. In fact, when I told him he needed to stop talking to me, there were THREE ADULTS WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN IN THE TODDLER AREA. McKenna was kind and listened to what I had to say. She understood that as a parent, I was doing my due diligence to make sure my toddler was being tended to and assured me that I'm allowed to sit in the area, just like other parents are allowed as well. She was very kind and appreciated her and the rest of the staff who were very sweet and attentive. Regarding my experience with Marco, I was disappointed by the quality of service I received at the indoor playground. It seems there may be an opportunity for improvement in customer service training. I found the interaction to lack the level of courtesy and professionalism that one would expect. iplayology is a really cool very small small small indoor playground and I totally didn't know how small it was until we got there it wasn't crowded when we went because it was a weekday. I really really didn't like how the parking was very limited because it was in the Dos Lagos shopping center. I also didn't really like how the admission is for one hour. they were already charging $17 and for an additional child it was $15. All day play was $29 and I think that was really expensive for how small this place was. I believe you can host parties here as well on the right side. They have like a room to host little kids parties. The hours depends on what day you go either 10-6 pm or 10-8 pm depending. our kids had fun, no matter where they went really but it was just very small. I mean they had their slides and their playground area, but it was just small. I don't think we would be coming back until maybe they are a little older we went on a weekend. It wasn't really busy. There was just one other family that was there so it was pretty empty. read more

We love Iplayology! I have a 2yr old daughter and have been going here since she started walking around 11months! I now also have an 11 week old and it's been my saving grace! My 2 yr old is comfortable doing everything on her own and it's safe enough to let her roam the whole place without having to worry! I can also feed my baby in one of the chairs and still see my 2 yr old play no matter where she is! Between the pretend play area, the awesome soft playground or the bounce house I feel like my daughter never gets bored! Marco the owner is amazing! He and his staff are so friendly and welcoming! You can really tell they care about the facility! This is by far the cleanest indoor playground I have been to which as a mom makes me feel super comfortable! We recommend this place to all our friends and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun outing with their children! Would give it more than 5 stars if I could :) read more

This indoor play center is loved by both me and my kids! It's the perfect size so they always have something new to discover each time we go, but not so big that I have trouble keeping an eye on both of them. Their membership deals are a great buy, and they're always having fun events that keep things fresh and new. Marco, the owner, and all the other wonderful people that work there are always so nice and helpful. I especially love how on top of the cleaning they are! From the moment I reached out to inquire about having my daughter's birthday party to the day of the event, Marco and staff were super helpful and friendly. They even offer to make a personalized slideshow that is on theme with your party if you provide pictures. Someone took the time to do that and I really appreciated it because I love little details like that! When we arrived the day of the party all the tables were set up according to the theme colors I had asked for. They checked in on us throughout the event. Out of all of the indoor play places this one is pretty chill. It's clean and the staff is attentive. Shout out to kamila for always being kind. Shout out to Tiffany for being cool and Marco. This place is near a bar, just a few doors down so a Pops can go grab a brew, finish it and come and chill with their kid. Inside they have a snack bar and some massage chairs, which work well they did the trick. So I have been coming here for a while and there was a Hispanic lady there, a bigger set woman. Anywho there was a little circular trampoline, that was folded and I told my child to not touch it because it was dangerous and I couldn't fix it. Well that lady was there telling a worker, that La muchacha "me " had did something to it with my child and I heard her say it in Spanish, the man responded cual muchacha and I looked at her but she couldn't look at me and couldn't even point at me. I turned around and responded in Spanish, that it was already like that and she stayed quiet. I don't look like I speak Spanish, oh but baby I am half Mexican and I speak it well. Also if I were to of messed it up I would let someone know not leave it where toddlers would get hurt. (Wow that could be a lawsuit) which I was going to let the man who I have been seeing clean while we been here know. Remember be careful just cause you don't think someone speaks Spanish doesn't mean they don't (: The man working is kind, but that lady needs to humble herself, don't be blaming others. I hope she doesn't work here, parents be careful and see how other adults interact with your children and with you. I'm giving 5 stars because I like it here, but that lady's attitude is a 0. I came here to leave this review and saw many more complaints about cleanliness of this facility and about other kids getting sick from coming here... so I'll just leave this here... I want to love this place. My kids love it. I only have one huge issue. Every. single. time. we have come here we get SICK. Everytime we go. Without fail. My husband and I joke saying "do we want the kids to get sick this week?" As a code word for if we want to come here. So many kids are running around with gang green snot noses with wet phlegmy coughs. There were even parents hacking their lungs out last time that I went. Wish they would have some sort of policy or at least a sign or something stating not to come if your kids are visibly sick snotty and coughing. They need better ventilation and should prioritize sanitizing but it's ALARMING how easily cooties are being spread here. I'm finally leaving a review because we went there a week ago after recovering from the illness we got last time we went. This time we sanitized our hands twice in the hour and washed our hands before we left. What's funny is I also mentioned to another parent how we always get sick after coming here and a guy (possibly owner) overheard me , took a toy from my babies hand and said he had to sanitize it.. as if sanitizing was top priority. Whelp...3 days later... right on schedule....both my kids that went, have awful cold symptoms. Then a few days later, I catch it. I feel like I'm dying Annnnnnd what do you know... I test and turns out I have COVID!!!! Haven't had COVID in 3 freekin years! My kids are not in school or daycare . We haven't gone anywhere in two weeks because we were recovering from the stomach bug we got here two weeks prior, came down with it two days after we went. This place must be FILTHY and should be condemned If you are that parent coming here to let your sick snot nosed kids spread their cooties shame on you! Go to an outdoor public park or maybe be considerate and just stay home. We almost got a pass here but decided not to soley based on this issue. We are done and won't be back. You guys need to make sanitization and cleanliness a top priority if you want to charge that much money for us to come play in a stagnant germ filled ro with a bunch of sick kids. We had our twins' 5th birthday here and it was amazing!! The new owners are incredibly nice and made sure the entire experience was seamless. The kids had such a great time and the party room was perfect. The team set up the table clothes, plates, cups and even made a super cute slide show with photos of the kids and party theme that shows on the TVs. We opt'd to do a food package through them and they picked up pizza, cheese bread and mozzarella sticks and all was delicious and hot. Would 100% recommend for parties and just for daily use. We have been in the past and the new ownership has added some fun things like a giant indoor bounce house. read more

Fun experience with my toddler I love how open the playground is with so many toys and areas for the children to play. Everything is open to where you can see your child even if they're like mine and run/ turn corners super fast I can still see him pretty much at all times! There's so many toys to play with and staff is very friendly also keeps it very clean. Many food and drink options unlike other indoor playgrounds I've been to. Also the bathrooms have toddler seats so they can use the same bathroom as you and without needing to hold them up. I love the monthly membership super convenient and great pricing! Kids can be kids here and there's even a large jumper area plus an interactive room with touch sensitive flooring so your child can almost play games in a sense. Parent lounge is right near the entrance/exit gates with a little tv that plays cartoons as well. Natural lighting is a huge bonus plus the mini city has a lot of options and games to play in that area as well. Kids and babies can play together pretty easily without interrupting each others' play. read more

We took our 3 yr old grandson here when he and his mom visited from out of town during Thanksgiving. He LOVED it. After we left, he told his mom he wanted to go back. So many options for littles, and accompanying adults can go everywhere with their child, to play or supervise. We were in town for a business trip and stayed at a hotel just around the corner from this place. We are from NorCal and go to kids indoor playgrounds all the time. The hourly pricing is very similar to what you'd find in NorCal so I don't have any complaints on that! I did love this place. The staff was really friendly and my kids really enjoyed it. In fact, we went two days in a row, per my 6yr olds request. They have a cute little snack bar fully stocked with beverages, snacks, ice cream, etc. Its got everything you could possible need! My phone internet wasn't the greatest so if your planning to work there, maybe ask to hop on the wifi. My only complaint is the floors. They could use a good wash down and I don't think that would take very long if this were done once a week or so. Even with socks, kids get that thing dirty!
