Are you kidding? My kids age 2-7 love this place including myself! Owner himself and staff are amazing place is super clean and they offer food now! Great place

    Stage to pretend play

A fun place for kids to play indoors. It is clean and the staff is friendly. There is a separate play area for toddlers with toys. The kids like playing in the small town where there is a grocery store to pretend to shop. The slides and jumper are fun.

This we just one part of his body he had it everywhere my poor 2 years old

I am beyond horrified by our experience at this indoor playground. What was supposed to be a fun day out for my son turned into a nightmare. Just a couple of days after our visit, he came down with hand, foot, and mouth disease, something that could have been prevented if this facility maintained even basic hygiene standards. The entire place was filthy. The floors were sticky, the play equipment was visibly dirty, and there was grime and smudges everywhere. I saw multiple kids coughing, sneezing, and wiping their noses directly on the equipment -- and not once did a staff member intervene or attempt to sanitize anything. There were no hand sanitizing stations in sight, and it felt like no cleaning had been done in a long time. It was a clear health hazard. To make matters worse, while the owner initially seemed concerned and willing to help, after a brief back-and-forth she completely stopped responding. The concern disappeared once it became clear I wasn't going to just drop the issue. That level of unprofessionalism only added to my frustration. I'm writing this to warn other parents. No one warned me -- but I wish they had. Do not bring your child here. This place is unsanitary, unsafe, and clearly not maintained with children's health in mind. A truly disappointing and infuriating experience

    Broken and old kitchen

I've been taking my kids here for years and it just keeps getting more dated and less cleanly. Today we stopped by just for an hour around 11 and the house area is chaotic. Everything is dirty and old looking. The "clean up" that happened wasn't much so my naturally tidy 3 year old wanted to clean it (I assisted). It took maybe 5 minutes to do. If there was sanitizer available I would've disinfected it myself too. The baby area was sooo messy despite very few babies being there and that too felt dirty and cluttered. Only part that I thought was fine were the play gyms. $17 for an hour for 1 child, insane price for the quality. I expect updates with the prices they charge. I also forgot to mention that the staff were on their phones texting and kids were playing with food in the play areas. One child even had seaweed snacks on the floor and in the kitchen area. It stood there for almost the entire hour, despite the staff putting some toys back.

It was our first time here. The owner Marco and his wife were very attentive and friendly. I saw them cleaning several times throughout the 2 hours we were there very nice to see with all the illness going around. Marco made it so fun for all the kids by loading up all the balls in the launcher and doing a count down! Great environment and the kids 7 and 1 loved it!! Will be back!

    Inside of place

Amazing place, just did my daughter birthday here, and the staff was so helpful and amazing. A place was super clean and cool. Everything went off without a hitch. I could not have been happier with planning her birthday here..

I took my daughters to this playground today and I had a great interaction with McKenna at the front desk. She was polite and kind, checked us in. I purchased two pairs of socks for my daughters and knowing indoor playground policies (to prevent dirt tracking in), I had my own socks. My MIL was with us, but she did not run around like myself, she was waiting for us by sitting in the comfortable chairs, with other adults who were sitting around as well. She was not planning to move around, she was relaxing and sitting in the chair. Now there is a toddler area and I have a very active 2 year old and in order for me to keep close watch on her but not hover, I stayed in the toddler area. I was approached by Marco, the manager, where he saw me sitting in the toddler area and asked me "do you have a baby in there?" I looked at him and responded "yes I do." He asked me again, and laughed saying that "you know that area is for toddlers. Not for adults." I looked at him again and said, "thanks for letting me know." I was approached by McKenna, who checked me in and I asked her if that was her manager, she said yes that was him and I shared my experience with her. I thought it was strange and rude that her manager had asked me if I had a child in the area and reminded me that the area is "for toddlers only." I told her I am not leaving my child unattended because she is very young and active, she could hurt herself. She was kind and apologized on his behalf. I said it was fine and I forgot about it. He came up to me and "apologized" saying that the area I was in was for toddlers only and I told him, "sir, there could have been a better way to approach me. You were completely rude." And he "apologized" again and he walked away. Well, it didn't stop there. I was sitting with my MIL and told her the story and he came by and as an "APOLOGY" he offered my MIL "free socks" because she was sitting in the seat and it was against policy for her to be SITTING in the CHAIR with shoes on. I would understand if she was walking around and she was dragging dirt everywhere, but my MIL is of elderly age! He said that she was in an area where she was bringing in dirt and I stopped him right there because he started fighting with me! I told him, "sir you need to stop. You have been picking on me ever since we've got here and this is not a very good experience for our first time here. You are telling me that I'm not allowed in the area where my TODDLER DAUGHTER is at and you don't even have a sign that says that!" He pointed to this sign (please see picture) that apparently says that I'm not allowed in the toddler play area. I would understand if I was messing around in the toddler area and if my daughter was not in the toddler area but I was SITTING DOWN, WATCHING MY DAUGHTER. Apparently, adults are not allowed to sit in the toddler area. Marco was rude, inconsistent, and I did not appreciate being picked on. In fact, when I told him he needed to stop talking to me, there were THREE ADULTS WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN IN THE TODDLER AREA. McKenna was kind and listened to what I had to say. She understood that as a parent, I was doing my due diligence to make sure my toddler was being tended to and assured me that I'm allowed to sit in the area, just like other parents are allowed as well. She was very kind and appreciated her and the rest of the staff who were very sweet and attentive. Regarding my experience with Marco, I was disappointed by the quality of service I received at the indoor playground. It seems there may be an opportunity for improvement in customer service training. I found the interaction to lack the level of courtesy and professionalism that one would expect. It is quite disappointing to observe the management practices in this playground.

iplayology is a really cool very small small small indoor playground and I totally didn't know how small it was until we got there it wasn't crowded when we went because it was a weekday. I really really didn't like how the parking was very limited because it was in the Dos Lagos shopping center. I also didn't really like how the admission is for one hour. they were already charging $17 and for an additional child it was $15. All day play was $29 and I think that was really expensive for how small this place was. I believe you can host parties here as well on the right side. They have like a room to host little kids parties. The hours depends on what day you go either 10-6 pm or 10-8 pm depending. our kids had fun, no matter where they went really but it was just very small. I mean they had their slides and their playground area, but it was just small. I don't think we would be coming back until maybe they are a little older we went on a weekend. It wasn't really busy. There was just one other family that was there so it was pretty empty.

It's like if someone crossed a SkyZone Trampoline Park with a McDonald's Playpen and slapped it with a coat of pastel paint and candy stickers. Sorry, CANDEE stickers. I will say that the prices are very reasonable. $25 buys you two hours of playtime. Grip socks are extra, food is extra, some of the games are extra. And the area itself is impressively clean, especially considering the number of young children traipsing about. On the negative side of things, however, the list is a bit longer. First, there's not a ton to do. Candeeland has limited space to work with and much of it is taken up by sitting areas for parents. The empty space could easily house 2-3 more small activities without sacrificing any existing areas. Still, what activities they do have are pretty intricate, with the multilevel play area having a nice array of padded areas for children to crawl through and a toddler area with nice pneumatic tube setup to delight the young. Next, even though the place is less than a year old, there's already some breakage of some of the area. There's a floor made up of touch screens that displays numerous games for kids to step on a play with. However, it's apparent that some larger kids have smacked a number of screens, causing them to go out or flicker. Which leads to my biggest issue. There are not that many people working here. This means that there are usually people minding the gate and checking if your kid is leaving with the right person. But, there aren't enough people on the floor to ensure safety or police older kids from doing things they shouldn't be doing. Candeeland really is a place that caters to those between 3-8 years of age. Older kids either don't fit on some of the slides or play a bit too rough with the environment. More than once, a screaming 12 year old almost barreled over my kid, knocked her off a slide, or hit her with one of the nerf axes. Sure, they balk when you glare at them. But, they just go back to screaming and thrashing about while their parents sleep oblivious in the corner. So, does my seven year old like Candeeland? Yes, she loved it and wants to come back. Did I like Candeeland? M'eh, not particularly. Still, I'm sure I'll be back eventually...

This is extremely unfortunate because there are so many things in the younger kids area that are not in the main area, such as a ball pit, a merry-go-round, a spinning seat, and the building blocks. It made my daughter cry to see my son go in and she is not allowed. We were regulars here but this crucial detail has pretty much taken Candeeland off of our list of places to take our kids. My daughter has 4-year-old friends who she went here with and that just isn't in the cards either, simply because there is places they cannot all go together. Very unfortunate because we love this place. Please keep in mind, if you are looking for a place to go and have multiple kids, keep in mind that depending on their ages, there is areas that not all your kids may be able to go together here and it may negatively affect the experience.

It didn't feel chaotic like some places, just a really easy, enjoyable environment for both kids and parents. The staff was super helpful the whole time and made everything go smoothly, which took a lot of stress off us. My son had an amazing time, and that's all we really wanted. Highly recommend!

TINY HICCUP ************** There was only ONE hiccup and…read morethis is NOT due to the owner or this place. This just happens to be a customer that is known to frequent this establishment PLEASE be very careful with the husband of the wife who may come with her from time to time. He does NOT have patience and allows his baby (toddler younger than 3) to B U L L Y -and then screams at other peoples children. I did not get a great pic but this is their license. The mother also allows the child to block other children, without consequence, from entering the play areas. The husband or maybe boyfriend, deliberately went into an Autistic child's face and cursed her out. I hope there are cameras at the establishment so they can possibly ban this man. It was disrespectful, uncalled for and disgusting. The man THOUGHT the father of the child was alone with the mother and he decided to try and pick a fight. The man cursed in Spanish and did not realize the man came with a WHOLE family for an event. The man kept telling the father of the autistic little girl to come outside and fight.... Beyond NOT classy. He was very lucky the family did not all come out to throw him to his car. What happened ..... The autistic girl said excuse me to the little toddler, the toddler blocked the entrance. The autistic little 4 year old made her way around the girls hand and said excuse me while doing it and the bullying toddler ran to her dad. The mom and grandma sat and watched the entire thing chuckling. The enraged dad (boyfriend/sancho; whatever he was) ran through kids to get to the little girl to grab her and scream. The parents of the special needs girl, grabbed her away really quick as they were with her the entire time. Another special needs mom told the man what was his problem and not to scream at children and that there are four autistic children that he's acting crazy in front of. The mother instigated as saying to the mother of the little girl to go outside and fight and the man did as well. We felt safe here once the man left. Therefore this place is very safe. I just say if you see this lic plate, BEWARE. Stick up for your child and don't back down. Beware of this man ANYWHERE in the Corona/Riverside/Norco/Eastvale area *************** GREAT EXPERIENCE: the owner is a lovely Person. In no way did she encourage this behavior by her "usual customers". The establishment went on to promote love and hugs which they did incredibly. The establishment is great. Very clean. The staff is overwhelmingly nice. The owner definitely decorates with passion. Everything was lovely. I had to start with the tiny hiccup as that man should NOT be allowed near children. I can just imagine what he does behind closed doors. Prices are very reasonable. Toy area was very clean. Party area was clean and roomy. Music was fun. Restrooms were clean. This place is a delight. Ample parking. Clean, clean, clean!!!! Place is safe. Lots of areas for kids to run and enjoy. Parents.... It's OKAY to teach yours kids the word "NO". Kids will be kids so everyone should be mindful of that and not get crazy at a child for being a kid. If you're not okay with kids being kids and some kids not knowing not to run all over the place, maybe places with children around are not for you. Luv n Huggs goes over and beyond to make sure your kids are safe and don't run out. I cannot express how much love that the owner puts into making each party experience a great one. Her touch to each decoration is spectacular.

Whether you are a Murrieta local or just traveling through the Temecula Valley with kids, Play…read moreKreate Learn is an absolute must-visit! I am incredibly picky about where I take my child, and this indoor playground exceeds expectations every single time.First and foremost, the facility is exceptionally clean. You can tell the team prioritizes sanitization because the entire space is spotless and feels entirely safe for little ones to explore. There is an immense amount of open space for kids to run around freely and burn off all that high energy. The environment layout is bright and expertly designed, featuring plenty of immersive play zones, pretend-town setups, and hands-on activities that keep my child fully engaged for hours. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible owner. She is so warm, welcoming, and dedicated to creating a family-centered community space. You can truly feel her passion shine through the entire facility. On top of standard open play, they host the most magical themed events and sensory playdates. My kid absolutely loves them, but you have to act fast because these special events are so popular they tend to sell out quickly! If you are a local parent or an out-of-town visitor looking for a top-tier toddler activity or rainy-day sanctuary in Riverside County, look no further. We love it here and cannot recommend it enough!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. The space is very thoughtfully set up with lots of imaginative play areas where kids can explore, create, and pretend. My kids were entertained the entire time -- there was so much for them to do and they didn't want to leave! It's honestly one of the most engaging indoor play places we've been to for younger kids. I was especially impressed with how clean everything was. The play areas, toys, and even the bathrooms were well maintained, which is something every parent appreciates. You can really tell they put effort into keeping the space safe and enjoyable for families. They're open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, which makes it easy to plan a visit during the week or weekend. The pricing for open play is reasonable for the amount of entertainment and activities the kids get. (Play. Kreate. Learn) Overall we absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back. If you have younger kids and are looking for a clean, fun, and creative indoor play place in Murrieta, this is a must-visit!
