This is my second visit to this beautiful nail salon. My first visit was 3 weeks ago. This establishment recently open its door about 8 weeks or so. I love the beautiful decor at this salon. I love all the stunning, gold chandeliers hung though-out the whole salon. It's very spacious and prepped with social distancing in mind. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim, the owner, who worked tirelessly to bring this gorgeous vision to life. She was very friendly and attentive. I was very lucky during both of my visits to have Darren as my nail technician. He seamlessly transformed my ordinary nails into a work of art. My absolute favorite so far is the Jade to Pink Ombré nails. Adding little touches like a little sparkle of shimmer over the ombré to two little diamonds on the ring fingers made the finished nails more bright with a touch of whimsical element. I'm satisfied with the flawless ombré look, and I'm definitely coming back with my friends for a girls day out on my next visit. read more

Oh-em-gee!!! I moved to AZ from IL about a year ago. I've gone to several salons. Some were awful and some were okay. One of the last I found was good enough, but they didn't use quality products, such as OPI. After paying really good money, the polish didn't last. Well, I've FINALLY found a salon with fantastic customer service, that use high quality polish, and are actually good at mani/pedis...great in fact!!! I have been going here on and off for about 2 years and I am honestly not all that jazzed anymore. The inside is amazingly cute but it's just not for me anymore. They did a price increase but it doesn't reflect the prices on the sheets. They only accept cash tips. I don't carry cash and I don't plan to. I always add the tip to the card I use. The last two times I have gone I was given a crappy look for not having cash. They don't do nail designs outside the basic lines. read more

My favorite nail place! I've been coming here for years and it's the only place I've found that has consistent quality service. My dip nails have never chipped after getting them done here but they have at other places. The massage chairs are comfy as well and they have a few luxurious pedicures to choose from. Beware!!! I have been to several nail salons since moving to Phoenix a year and a half ago and this has been the absolute worst. I tried this salon because my technician moved to this salon. Parking is a nightmare as you are competing for a space with a major grocery store and several other small businesses. I am not accustomed to not being able to look over color options while waiting. I was told "they will bring the colors to you". What if you have no idea what color you are considering. In this case I had a picture of a color I wanted on my nails and since I could not look at other colors just decided to get the same thing on my toes. Even after showing a picture they didn't have the chrome color I wanted so I ended up with nails that looked nothing like the picture. I saw no sign of the tools being used as being disinfected between clients. This tells me they have no regard for their client's safety. The chairs for the manicure are so close to one another you often bump into your neighbor. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the salon. They also charge a debit card surcharge. I understand why merchants do this with credit cards as there is a processing fee but I think it is dishonest to charge your customers a surcharge with a debit card. They do have an ATM machine you can use that also has a surcharge fee. They also only accept tips in cash. When I asked about these things the woman at the front was incredibly rude! Apparently she doesn't realize it is because of clients she has a job. I don't believe I have ever written a negative review but this visit warrants my first one. Excellent service! The wait time was not very long and I did not have an appointment. Very friendly people and a fabulous job on my nails! I had 2 people working on me at the same time and still pampered me very well! A phenomenal variety of different nail colors too! Please do not waste a dime here. I brought my family from out of town here for pedicures, NEVER AGAIN. The workers here rush through services, they try and up-charge EVERYTHING!!! And do not understand what service you are asking for so they just upgrade you to whatever service they feel like doing and then charge you extra for it. Had an appointment for 9 am but they over book themselves with not enough staff so everything is RUSHED! Asked for a SIMPLE pedicure but some how this girl hears the most expensive pedicure, NEVER did we ask for that service. I will not be back for overpriced mediocre rushed services. I had been going to this salon since they opened. They really need to work on their customer service. Twice now I have stood at the front door for over ten minutes waiting to be greeted. I finally asked one of the workers if they were open and she said "yes you need to wait a little bit". As I turned to walk out 4 employees walked in with Starbucks and asked me if I had been helped. Delightful experience. I called for an appointment. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted, seated and tended to. The arrangement of chairs and stations is well done without feeling like you are on top of the customer next to you. Facilities appeared clean and all utensils used were sterilized packets. I have been going to ipolish for about 2 months now. The nail techs for acrylics are great, but it's the sanitation and wait time that have made me decide not to continue coming here. I had a pedicure two weeks ago and the pedicure tech filed the sides of my nails down so far that I was in pain for 6 days after. I don't think the tools were clean because she tried to use a green and yellow type of dish sponge on me that looked clearly used before. That same day I had waited 38 minutes for my appointment at 9am when they OPEN. Why were they running behind at opening? Today I just left after 32 minutes of waiting. I sat around at a nail salon for 32 minutes and my nails aren't done. They cannot figure out their scheduling and weren't even apologetic. I guess my punch card has gone to waste because I won't be going back. read more

First time here . Stopped by before work so I tried to stay in the area . Establishment is in a plaza. Parking can be heavy as it's shared. I walked checking in and was taken right away ,this was at 9:03am . Nail tech Andy was able to identify I didn't get my current nails there . I do SNS it's what works best for myself . I will say that I will be coming back to try a pedicure plus continue to get my nails here . I explained my nails would crack after 1.5 and I didn't like it . He was able to add SNS only on my natural nail vs how I was getting them with a little extension to make them more squared (when I was thinking it was along my nail the whole time ) . Let me tell you ........ I didn't know the difference till Andy explained that to me . Making sense why they would crack so soon. Over all Place was cleaned and they would wipe down chairs and smelled like bleach. read more

I used to come here regularly and stopped entirely. I would book and an appointment and still have to wait 30 minutes to get my nails started. The workers were nice except for the front desk lady. She was always very snappy and yelled at her employees. They are a cash only salons which is shady since everyone these days uses card. Owner wanted me to venmo the mail lady for my nails. It is a salon and I thought that was very weird. Wouldn't take my card tip. This place is ridiculously expensive for no reason. My nails never looked that amazing when I left and I would spend over $50 for a fill. read more

I wish I could give no stars, better yet negative stars. I have no problem paying good money for a great service but when I am being charged extra for things unnecessarily I am outraged. The service is subpar at best and be careful when you go up to pay, there will be charges for the dumbest things like a matte top coat instead of a shiny one. While I understand that charging a surcharge for card transactions is becoming the norm at nail salons, this salon's practice of applying it is very shady. When I called to make my appointment, I was not made aware of this new policy. Additionally, I was not made aware when I came in for my appointment. It wasn't until after I received my service that I was made aware of the surcharge. They pointed to signs on two walls the size of printer paper with information regarding which cards are accepted with TINY print mentioning a surcharge. In my opinion this is a dishonest and predatory practice of "complying" with the states surcharge policies. I don't enjoy spending over $100 for a service to then be charged 4% on top so that the company can do business. I was directed to take cash out from a free standing atm. Again, I'm not interested in paying a fee. Nor am I interested in inserting my card with sensitive information to a third party atm vendor. read more
