I remembered Trinity because about 4 maybe 5 yrs ago I met 2 gentlemen driving a van that said Trinity Worldwide on the 405 freeway. 1 of my tires popped & on that day I was having a lot of problems & my tire popping on the freeway was the cherry on top to what felt like a horrible day. I felt hopeless for a moment, but instead of allowing myself to feel like that I prayed for help & before I knew it a van that said Trinity Worldwide pulled up behind me with 2 gentlemen ready to help. I received prayer & the guys stayed with me until some help arrived. A few days later I received a card from Michael. To this day I still have that card that I was mailed. It's been years since our last contact. The problems of the past are nothing compared to the ones I face today, but just how I got thru the storm years ago I have faith I'll get thru this one as well. Thank you all for all that you do. I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable!
