First time using this print shop although I regularly do print work…read more Wanted to print a vinyl wall wrap to use as a podcast studio. Design was sent to Loy via email. The email included a low resolution "preview file" which did not require download to view and an Additional file which was the High definition print file. Files were sent, and it took 5 days after payment to complete the print. Loy did not send me a "proof" to review prior to printing and instead of printing the high definition file attached, she printed the preview file. Print job looked very low resolution and not a high enough quality to be use for professional business. When called back, Loy refused to admit she printed the wrong file instead claiming that it was the resolution any printer would provide with the files given (I just used the same print files to wrap an RV vehicle in high definition) Despite explaining to Loy she that she printed the wrong file, she continued to disagree with the idea of re-doing the print job eventually leading to me receiving a refund, and having to do the print at another SpeedPro print shop ran by a different owner/operator with my better customer service If there was an ability to leave a Zero that would be the score based completely on how Loy handled HER printing mistake (printing the wrong file) and HER customer service
