Many RED flags about this office. The first is signing a WAIVER, so they are not at fault if…read moresomething goes terribly wrong. They ignore any documented outside infections that may involve the gums or teeth. Altered imaging, which is highly illegal! I have imaging from other recent dentists that prove otherwise and documented as UNDETERMINED to investigate by a proper qualified specialist such as a root tip infection which there was not. They are likely to push a root canal and crown done by their specialists. I also noticed that during a cleaning that tiny parts of tooth were missing in between filings as they were there before they started. I have proof. This is likely to start a future infection such as a treament like a root canal or fillling. They use a vibrating tool that's more like an ingraving machine you would use to etch writing on a metal tool like a wrench. The pieces I picked up off my tongue were clear and not yellow or white which would indicate tarter build up and noticed pieces missing between my filling on one tooth, which was always there for years, noticing it with my tounge and it was sharp too. DO NOT USE THIS TOOL FOR CLEANING! It likely damages the enemal and creates cavities! Yes, it's effective to remove tartar build-up but can do much more damage than a pick and rotary toothbrush. This is often witnessed by others who have treatment with this tool. Avoid it in other places, too. If they can't answer you, then walk away and note it in a review. To sum up, this practice has offered me root canals for unesesary work were the teeth dont hurt, there is no visible infection on the gums teeth or even recent or current history when in comparison. You get a different dentist every time and have no idea what the last practitioner did. They likely deform good teeth for profit! There is much more I did not mention here when compared to other dental practices that were current and I've had over the years, so please use your own caution judgments and inform yourself everything about a practice before making clear judgments. I have also noticed a reduction in patents in the waiting area and ease of getting a much sooner appointment within a days, not weeks or months time which is an indicator of a mass of clients leaving to go elsewhere since about 2021 or so. They are not all honest, so choose your dentist carefully.

Only issue I've had with them is an insurance billing fail, where they quoted me $550 for a procedure I had done, then later billed me for close to double that. The explanation was that my insurance had been maxed out, which apparently was true - but they should have seen that in advance and advised me accordingly. At any rate, they were very supportive of my lack of employment and let me work out a plan to pay it off in installments.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this dental clinic. It was my first time…read morecoming here, recommended by a friend, and I truly regret trusting that recommendation. From the very first visit, things went wrong. I came with my little daughter, because I had no one to leave her with--she always worries about me when I have medical procedures, so she accompanied me. At the first appointment, they told me I needed root canal treatment. The doctor decided to perform two upper molar root canals in a single visit without explaining that afterward I would be unable to chew properly on either side. After the procedure, the filling was left too high, and I could not even close my jaw. I felt severe discomfort and pain when trying to bite, and the pressure caused constant aching. I came back to have it fixed, and they simply filed down the bump a little, but the problem never truly went away. Each time they numbed me, my face became noticeably asymmetrical and stayed numb for far too long. It looked and felt like they were injecting either too large a dose or too close to a nerve. My cheek would droop to one side, and it was very uncomfortable and frightening. It happened every time, not once, which made me worry that something was being done incorrectly. Later, they told me another filling was needed. I came again with my daughter, but I was told they could not treat me because I had a child with me. This shocked me, because I know that many dental clinics have small kids' corners or at least allow children to sit quietly while a parent is being treated. Yet here, they refused to help me simply because my daughter was with me--while I personally saw one of the doctors bring a large dog into the clinic. Apparently, pets are acceptable, but not a calm child sitting nearby. They re-did one of my fillings three times, but it never felt right. The bump remained, and my bite stayed uneven. Then they told me that they could not place a crown and the doctor refused to continue my treatment. Now I have to find another dentist and pay at least $2,000 more to finish what should have been done properly from the start. The second tooth they treated was no better--the filling kept falling out, food constantly got stuck between the teeth, and the tooth stayed sensitive and painful. After the last time they fixed it, it felt okay for about two weeks, and then the pain, swelling, and gum inflammation came back again. Each time I came back, the story repeated itself. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me, saying that I didn't know the full history of my teeth--even though they had taken full panoramic X-rays and had all my records from the beginning. Every visit left me more frustrated and disappointed. What I expected was proper communication, careful work, and respect for the patient. What I received was unfinished, careless treatment, repeated pain, and avoidance of responsibility. Now I live with discomfort, uneven bite, and financial loss. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Patients deserve honesty, clear explanations, gentle and competent care, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I found none of that here.

They took x-rays. When the dentist finally came into the exam room, she proceeded to call out many numbers 1-2-2-3-3-4-2, etc. She strongly suggested a root-canal. NO. Well, I left there very mad! No filling, no cleaning, nothing ...except a $365.00 bill. Still have the foul tooth. NEVER GOING BACK!
