I was suffering with a bad tooth and needed it extracted. I was told to call Dr St Clair and see if he could help me. I called and they fit me in within a couple. I was so impressed because they were so busy and I was not a patient. His staff is wonderful! They make you feel like they have know you forever. In October 11th 2022, I received two bonds on my front teeth because of chipping that had occurred over the years. By December 17th, 2022 my left tooth chipped where the bond was. Within a week even more had chipped. Bonds are supposed to last between 3 and 12 years. I returned on January 2nd, 2023 to get the bond repaired. I paid the balance due for the bonds $370, and did not have to pay fro the repair because they should not have chipped so quickly. Barley a week later on January 10th, 2023 the same tooth chipped again. By January 15th it chipped even more leaving a large noticeable chip on my front tooth. I called on Tuesday January 17th, and very kindly explained the situation and asked for a partial refund. The cost of this repair is about a third of my pay check as a public school teacher. I reminded them my entire family has been a costumer for 17 years and Jenna told me they would not refund me at all because "they completed the service." The service was completed, but very poorly. I now have to walk around for at least a week with a uncomfortable and humiliating chip in my front tooth until I can find a new dentist, save money for the repair AGAIN, and take time off of work to have this fixed. read more

Recently I saw Dr St. Clair for a complimentary consultation / second opinion. I had gone to another dentist a couple months prior (first visit) and found out that I needed a lot of pricey work done. Another family member convinced me that it didn't hurt to get another opinion. Dr. St. Clair was outstanding. I know from experience that second opinions can be a bit awkward, so I was surprised by the amount of time he spent with me and his thorough exam. He went through all of my options and ultimately determined that his evaluation was in line with the evaluation I received from the other dentist. Not great news, but it did provide me with a peace of mind to go forward with the dental work. I highly recommend him and his practice. read more

Before when I went to the dentist I just closed my eyes and waited for it to end, not really knowing what my oral health was like. At J. Peter St. Clair Dentistry I was highly educated throughout from 2 dental hygienists and Pete himself to recap everything they found. I felt really comfortable knowing I had been attended to by 3 different people as well as the time and care put into every procedure. The staff was also very courteous and understanding of my busy schedule, having to reschedule a couple times. When I finally got the chance to go in I didn't have to wait long to get seen at all and for all that they did I was out of there very quickly. They also seemed to have the latest technology. I am not all that familiar with dental technology, however much of what they were using I had never seen before but looked state-of-the-art and made the experience much more physically comfortable. read more
