I have been going to my nail tech for several years. I have been pleased with her. My last visit was very uncomfortable. The atmosphere was different. I have always paid at the time of service & gave a generous tip but this time I was asked to pay cash. I was told it takes 2 weeks for my tech to get paid with CC payments. I googled it & according to google it takes 1-3 days depending on if it's the weekend. I don't carry cash so stopping to get cash is an inconvenience especially since I'm already driving an hour to get there. Nail salons are a dime a dozen so are good nail techs. Time to find something closer. read more

Customer service was inconsistent. I was bombarded by 3 different employees when I walked in. When trying to sign in for service they continued to ask why I was there instead of just letting me sign in. After signing into their system, they again asked why I was there. What's the point of having an electronic sign in system that tells them why I was there, if they are going to ask me anyway? Then when picking out the color I felt very rushed. I wanted to take my time to select the right color for me and they were pushy about what color to use. When I had selected my color, all staff had disappeared so no one was around to tell them my selection. When I was assigned a tech, the tech then asked me again what service I wanted. They aren't very organized and clearly don't communicate with each other. The tech seemed disappointed that I liked to keep my nails short and was disapproving about it. During the manicure, an employee with nothing else to do was watching videos loudly on his phone nearby. They need a separate break room where they can do that rather than being disruptive around customers. Manicure was ok, but due to the over aggressive nature of staff, I won't come back. read more

I thought I already reviewed this place, but turns out I didn't and I'm now glad to have a better prospective. My first experience here, if I remember correctly, was interesting. The actual service wasn't necessarily bad but then the lady who checked me out clearly didn't know what she was doing and "accidentally" made me tip $18 which there was no reason I would've done that much. Also she almost charged $600 instead of $60. I let it go. I went back a couple times and had a pleasant experience so I thought everything would be good and I'd had found my new permanent nail spot. That all changed on my last visit. I will absolutely not be returning. For starters, I wasnt offered anything to drink and idk why but that never sits well with me. I asked for white gel, as I very often do. She starts to paint and finishes one foot and says oh, no this isn't gonna work, it's not working. I can barely hear her let alone understand her so it's not making sense to me. Now mind you, this isn't my first time getting white here so another reason nothing was making sense. She just kept saying how it's not working and I'm gonna need to choose a different color. I was not happy but whatever. She then rushed me as if it's the easiest thing choosing a color, especially when you were already set on what you wanted. I finally picked one after her standing over me for so long and then I tried to tell her I didn't like it because it was too bright. She then says oh well I like bright colors so you should keep it. Ma'am, it doesn't matter what you think. This is about me. I was so over it I just let her keep going so I could hurry and get out of there. I then noticed a sloppy job--polish on my skin and not a good job on the actual toe part. Like I said, I will not be returning. read more

Wow! This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Scheduling an appointment online was a breeze. The salon itself is beautiful and so clean and has great new pedicure chairs. My nail technician, Minh, was so sweet and did an excellent job with my nails. The gel nail color I picked did not look like the color swatch and they changed it with out a problem and without me asking. The owner, Katy, is the best in the business. She frequently checked up on the nail technicians and offered ways they could be even better with their service. She found out that I love Vietnamese food and brought me a small plate of home cooked food for me to try. She even gave me a bottle of lotion since it was my first visit. I highly recommend this salon. The service and beauty of the salon is above all other salons. I will definitely be back. read more

This place just opened 2 weeks ago and it is amazing!!! I had a gel manicure done with T and he was so great!! I did not love the color I had originally chosen and T did not even bat an eye when I asked if we could please change it. He gladly found me a new color that I liked and redid the previously colored nail. I was also beyond impressed with how beautiful everything was inside. Everything is brand new and looks super clean. No issues parking - they have a huge parking lot attached. The chairs are beyond comfortable and the staff was so so nice and welcoming!! Will for sure be coming back and telling all of my friends to go. read more

There was no interest in customer service or being friendly. Cindy, was the tech that did my nails & was so rude she actually yelled at me at one point. The facility is clean & has potential to be a nice place, but I won't be back as I am not interested in paying to have people treat me so poorly. read more

Went in for a pedicure and had them do a French tip. The nail tech had a hard time doing it. It ended up being thick and jagged. I immediately knew I wouldn't like the outcome. After going home I noticed there was still skin around my cuticles that was missed. I am not pleased with the service. In addition the nail tech appeared to be unhappy while completing the service. I came for pedicure and my 86 year old mom simply wanted a manicure with nail polish. My pedicure was fine but my mom was understandably disappointed. After washing her hands, the male doing the work dismissed her and told her she was finished. He had to be instructed to apply polish on her nails, specifically two coats. When finished, he turned on a distant fan and motioned for her to put her hands in front of it. A nearby customer gave mom a stand on which to rest her hands while they were drying. When I mentioned to someone who I assume was in charge that my mom was unhappy, she applied cuticle oil on her hands but no apology was made. At checkout, because I paid for our services together I was unable to differentiate the tip amount due to the shop software system. It was unfortunate that the person who did my pedicure received a smaller tip (still 15%) than I would've given her. Mom's manicurist certainly didn't deserve the 15% tip that I left. read more

this place is to be avoided at all cost! Loud obnoxious technicians hollering at each other with loud music. They can't keep track of their appointments so then they rush through your service when one of their appointments shows up! Paid $60 for a pedicure to get an extra 10 minute massage and technician tried to end the massage early by telling me I had already gotten plenty of massage throughout the service;she never set a timer, argumentative horrible encounter! they botched my sister's nail paint and then wanted an extra $15 to repaint!!! they charge Los Angeles prices in Gainesville Florida for substandard service!! I will never go back, and I would avoid this at all cost!!! read more
