I know I wrote a review years ago but it is not there. This place is great. My daughter had a pair of boots she loved and the heel was coming off. They fixed them quickly and the repair lasted until she grew out of them years late. It looks like they do leather jackets as well but I have never tried them for that. read more

Great family ran business! Service is prompt and quality is top shelf. I brought in my MK boots that I wrecked the heels on. A little less then a week, they were like new and they added a polish. Apparently, there were scuffs and those were fixed too. I wore them same night and they still have the heel tips! (I walk/play hard when I go out.) My official shoe repair shop for life! These are really nice people, but unfortunately they were not able to accomplish a simple snap replacement effectively. After their second try, they offered to replace all the snaps on both pairs of boots and various other solutions--they really do care about customer satisfaction. I didn't want them to bend over backwards and make multiple failed efforts though. I just wanted a properly-installed matching snap on a boot, a task I could have done myself for less time and effort at this point. Installing a snap only takes a few minutes, but there were days of waiting in between efforts, which would have been okay if it had turned out well, but it did not. read more

Well worth the ride from Port Orange. Ira is a skilled craftsman, in the vein of cobblers of the past. I have terrible feet and brought in a bagful of shoes that hurt my feet. I tried them on, showing Ira and his son the problem areas. Within a couple days. They created unnoticeable pockets in the leather for my bunion and stretched the leather expertly in areas needing room. The outward appearance of the shoes is unchanged, while fitting quite comfortably. Ira is my new best friend! read more

My shoe was unwearable when I brought it in and it is still unwearable. I knew that the tear in the heel of my patent leather shoe could not be repaired perfectly, but I thought that a clear sealant would be used. Instead, the repaired area has a big patch of sealant that is a different color. I wouldn't have minded just a thin line showing (if they had just used a clear sealant!) I could have glued it myself and used a clear sealant - I truly wish that I had. I spent over $30 for this repair work, and I will never be able to wear these Cole Haan shoes again.
