The owner zack stated that he would make it right by giving me a credit. The credit was not able to be used by my mom when picking something up although he told me she could use it on the phone when he gave me the credit. My mom's pieces were also not altered correctly, but she knew to not send them back to the same person twice after they had already butchered mine 4 to 5 times. Ultimately my skirt still has chunks of hard super glue and stitching that looks like my dog did it.

The goal was to hug the ceiling by changing the rod .The fact that they don't quote up front for the service is a dishonest approach to a business transaction. The tailor is never available to quote, a call back that never comes. A text telling you the item is ready for pick up. If you dispute the price-they keep your item.
