Horrible experience for me, my husband, and our 4 kids. Let…read moreme start by saying this dentist put his BARE HANDS IN MY MOUTH. He didn't apologize, and his assistant said NOTHING. This was a very violating experience for me. This facility is new, but the actual work area is dirty, the staff was rude, and they don't have the proper gear for treating patients safely. I have a word limit or I could go into so much detail. To start, they have a gross old station to hold their tools on. The bench is corroded and cannot be properly sanitized, I don't care what you use. - Then, they use a straw to top one of their tools, and use electrical tape on others, it is NOT ok, and NOT clean. You cannot clean electrical tape or corroded wood, plastic, and metal. Also, the old man thought it was a good idea to drill into my teeth without any numbing. I've never had that happen in my 37 years of life. It gave me new anxiety about the dentist. On top of it, he had the audacity to act irritated. He did the same to my 4 year old daughter, then when she cried he got angry and said he wouldn't see her. (I didn't know at the time she wasn't numbed) I'm a grown woman and it was too painful for me. THAT'S how he introduces a young child to their first dental experience. My one "cavity" didn't hurt before having it filled and now is the most painful tooth in my mouth. Strange. The assistant who fills the teeth did a terrible job on mine and kinda acted like she didn't know how to do her job. All of them are rough and hard to floss between, AND while she was "trimming down the epoxy" I could smell my actual teeth being ground down. The filling I got in March has already fallen out. So who knows how much they ruined all of our teeth in that little time. Oh, if you want rope burns, the doc/assit just drags the hoses to the tools across you, which in itself is gross and flat-out rude. I kept feeling like I had to be on an episode of PUNKED by the way things kept going. They also never offered to rinse my mouth, instead, the assistant told me it was ok to swallow, no thank you. My husband said the same thing happened at his app but he told her no. You shouldn't have to beg to have the gross bits or blood rinsed from your mouth. That should be in dentistry 101. - Our current dentist even commented on the work from Stollers as "I'm not happy with it." She left a soggy cotton swab in my mouth the whole time, like, it was floating around my mouth doing no job, she clearly could see that. -Maybe remove it for your patient. Clearly, the whole staff could go through some updated training as well as get some better bedside manner training. I've also never had a place give SO little care to splash you with water, bits of ground teeth, blood, and whatever else without cleaning you off. (My husband was so shocked that he took a selfie after his cleaning, I won't post that though for obvious reasons.) They lay the tools on your chest, which was weird for me also. Please don't touch me there, I shouldn't have to say that, I'm not a table. The assistant messes with her hair a lot and with a timer and doesn't change her gloves, if you look at the timer, you cannot properly sanitize that either. Gross, gross, gross. My husband and 16 year old have a whole experience to review, I'll let them as there isn't enough room here. Oh! I got to hear all about his wife's new expensive car coming in on a ship, but man, we better not bat an eye about a straw and electrical tape on things that could be exposing blood-borne pathogens to patients. Thanks to this place our family now has a code word for when things are gross and not right, it's, "Stoller." Zoom in on the photo to see the grossness in just one image.

Dental assistant ripped off my brand new crown after Dr Saran left the room and proceeded to grind…read moreit and almost sit on my lap with her breasts on top of me and do the final seating all by herself. I did not see any certificate of degree for her posted anywhere as I was confused and alarmed during this felony lvl 6 assault on my mouth. Saliva poured everywhere and she did not even bother to use suction, air, gauze or any other safety and health precaution her boss used. This was after they seemed to determine that I have money - an orphan caring for ill family members at a previous visit as they used scare tactics about shaving down bones and cutting gums to try to bully me into some non recommended procedure, which I told Dr Saran I wanted to go with her professional advisement on what to do going forward. She became upset at this that is when she did the scare tactics which made me violently say I don't want to hear this and that I would do whatever she wanted. The attorney general has been notified and the police department and the insurance company. It is illegal for Dr Saran also not to report her staff member who broke the law and needs to be removed from the dental industry. Dr Saran also did not see fit to provide a quick emergency visit and forced me to plead for basic standard of care from her staff who acted like a spoiled high school child over the phone several times and hung up on my twice while trying to get their email address for future actions needed. They are fine with trying to keep your money for illegal dentistry and to avoid their legal duty to pay it back and pay for the remedy. They have seemed to have a money hungry office culture before this dentist was hired, dating back to at least Jan. 2025 with random extra billings which then get reduced a bit when you challenge them about it.

I feel so disappointed and defeated after my sons last appointment a couple days ago. Dr. Lauren…read moreRinard has let us down. I have been taking my son to this dentist office since he was 18 months old. Since he was a toddler he has had a problem with grinding his teeth. The past couple years I have been asking the dental team if I should be concerned about his deteriorating teeth. They assured me at each 6 month cleaning that as long as his teeth weren't bothering him there was nothing we could do. They are baby teeth, they will come out and his adult teeth are stronger and could handle his night grinding. Now he is experiencing pain and has a cyst on his gum that is bothering him. Two of his teeth have exposed nerves! When I took him in to get checked out a couple days ago Lauren Rinard exclaims it's the worst case of bruxism in a child she has ever seen. What about 4 months ago when I brought him in for a cleaning? What about all the x-rays that he gets every year? What is the point of going to the dentist every 6 months if not for preventative care? All of a sudden he needs 2 teeth extracted and 6 crowns on his baby teeth. I don't know how I didn't start crying in the office right then and there. I feel like this dental team has blew off my concerns for my child. I wish I would've listened to my gut. I wish I would've gotten a second opinion sooner. Now my son is in pain and I'm worried he is in danger of a bigger infection. I understand bruxism in a child is a difficult situation but there was no communication from this team about any kind of prevention or concern to help stop the damage from his night grinding. Now I'm scrambling trying to find him serious dental care at clinics that are booked months out. Dentist offices have a finite number of chairs. They make more money by getting patients in and out faster. Often this results in lesser quality of care and poor communication with patients. Please don't make the same mistake I did with this office. Get a second opinion, advocate for better care for yourself and your loved ones.
