Then you would think the front desk staff would take the people in order of who arrived first (me) and who was fasting (also me), but no. Two and a half hours after I checked in, 10:30 came and went, and so did I... sans blood draw! That's right, I gave up. Instead I got a warm latte and headed to my 11:00 appointment. I shouldn't have to make other people wait on me, just because this office had no concern for my time.

I don't know too many of the other current providers very well. The office staff is good, but as with many medical facilities, it's not always easy to get calls returned or messages directed where they need to be. But I don't believe other offices are any better in that area. Anyone dealing with pain management learns patience and acceptance sooner or later.
