I was extremely impressed with her adherence to the local/state/federal COVID19 restriction guidelines, especially by locking her front door as a means to maintain social distancing. Wearing masks is a given. Like many small businesses, she is cash only ( no charge card), which keeps the price low. She is extremely reliable with estimates and time/day of completion. She is more important than ever as my primary sew-master (my wife) simply has too much work at her paid employment to do the mending/sewing that I need! I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this.
