Very helpful staff. Good prices. Very professional results. I purchased polo shirts there and got them embroidered. Thank you.

Absolutely LOVE... love love love, MW…read more The older I get, the more drawn I am to looking "nice". As a kid, I used to prefer looking fresh over nice. Then I wanted to look fly rather than nice. Then I wanted to look fire, sick or dope.... Or even fetch? Now though, I smack my own self at the various fashion ridiculousness I went through. I choose now to look clean, nice, professional, or even classy on certain occasions. I choose, to look like an actual adult. If you choose the same, MW has exactly what you need, exactly what you want, and then a little bit of what you didn't even think of. I'm a huge fan and (now) loyal customer of MW. From socks to pocket squares, full suits (fitted) to blazers and chinos, button downs to shoes and belts... I love and die by MW now, and so should you.

There was very little engagement, no real effort to help, guide, or make us feel valued as customers. The entire experience felt transactional and disappointing, especially considering the amount of money spent. What made it more frustrating is that I've been to other Men's Wearhouse locations around the country, and the treatment and customer service at those stores was exceptional. That's honestly why I came in expecting a professional, attentive experience. Unfortunately, this location didn't come close. At this point, I've almost come to expect less from businesses in this city, which is disappointing to say. Looking back, I honestly wish I had just walked out and taken my business elsewhere.
