The back of my phone (iphone 8) cracked & after searching online I found iRepair. I asked what the price was for a repair & they said $100. The next day I went & left my phone and they told me to come back in a few hours. I had work so my bf ended up picking it up for me. When he gave it to me he said the button calibration was off but the guy ended up fixing it. So everything was good. Recently the bottom speakers stopped working & so did the mic when I put the call on speaker. I didn't really stress because my birthday was coming up & the money that I was going to get was going to go towards buying the iphone 11. I bought the iphone 11 from the apple store & went to a nearby Metro to have it activated. I found out that it was also a repair shop. My old iphone was going to go towards my sister so I decided to get the bottom speakers fixed. The guy there went ahead & began working on it. Then he looked up and asked, "Who fixed your phone?". I decided to try this ,and choose a nearest location which is this poor stars one with only 5 reviews.I made a huge mistake . I know I should try another one with good reviews. Before I went to this store I did a quote for the price,because my iPhone and my friend's iPhone both need to replace the screens,and the owner responded me the price.also I double checked with them about the $15 off on the its yelp's main page still available?the owner said yes and nothing else. Went to fix iPhone 7 cracked screen. 20 min done quick. There is a tax on cards.

I came in here to replace my screen for my phone. In the process, the tech broke my battery pack by slipping my phone the wrong way. Of course he apologizes! So my screen is repaired, and the tech reimburses me for the battery pack with $20. Although, I told him it cost me $35. It ends up costing me more money at the end of the day due to my battery pack being damaged! I decided to come back a second time to get a new battery for my phone since I'm all for supporting local small business. The tech replaces my battery and my phone starts to freeze and shutdown. He then tries another battery and same thing happens (freeze and shutdown). The tech proceeds to say it's my "motherboard" that is causing the shutdowns. I beg to differ, son. We then try my original battery and my phone works fine. Perhaps, a bad batch of batteries... At least, I was refunded my money. I guess, it wasn't meant to be! read more
