Jeremy is the epitome of the consummate gentleman, excellent businessman, honest, open, kind, and accommodating. His customer service is lovely. He was given a hard task by me to conquer - my laptop with a small amount of alcohol spilt on the right speaker/power button. I did everything I knew to do late at night, which was to turn her off, wipe her down with a cloth and put her upside down in a bed of brown rice, hoping I could dry her out. I was also hopeful as it was not a sugary substance. Jeremy was kind to take my call late night while out on his Sheriff's office duties and assure me that if I dropped her off with his wife the next day, he'd get to her right away that night. Unfortunately, after several attempts to clean her with a special formula, check the solder, clean up capacitors, check the water damage again 4 times, and try to put her back together and start her up, he was unsuccessful. He worked very hard, despite being strapped thinly at his primary job with the Sheriff's office, doing honorable patrolling work and on duty for rescued lost dogs. He still made time for my emergency laptop care. He definitely cleaned her up and got her to a better state. He put in countless hours every day to fix each and every detail of the corrosion he found, clean her up, dry her out and restart her. Totally detail oriented approach. He worked every angle of her. She still needs to go to my certified Mac repair person in St George, but this has given us a big head start. In addition, he is not charging me for all the work he's put in because it's his ethical business rule to not charge customers unless he's able to fully fix the issue. This is unheard of in any business on the Earth, and Jeremy is one of a kind in his dedication to perfection and customer care. I think I'll have to sneak in a gift card to a local grocery market to make it up to him. He is a gem of a person. Knowing my track record with dumping my cell phone, I am certain I will return to Jeremy and his services. He is the real deal in every way - knowledgeable and honest and kind.
