Then he said okay you're good, you don't need anything, had to get rid of some stuff so I did it while I was explaining it to you. We took it over to them and they immediately helped us find the part online. They said they would order it, and would let us know when it came in. A few days later, they called us and informed us they had the part in. They went above and beyond to not only help install the broken part, but also started from scratch with putting the computer back together... fixing the many mistakes we had made ourselves. They did it free of charge, and they didn't make much profit out of the part they ordered for us. What incredible men that work there! He would come, spend hours and then say he had to go figure some things out and then come back and do the same thing. When we got his first bill we were shocked but paid it before we found all of the problems. After 2 more attempts he handed us another outrageous bill and we ended the relationship. He bragged about other customers that he had mistreated. We took him to court but the judge said we should have continued to let him try to fix the problems (obviously this judge has never owned a small business). We cut our losses but I want to warn other potential victims. If you want proof just read his resume every company fired him after months.
