I only take the time to write Yelp reviews either when a place is so awful I feel a duty to warn people, or so extraordinarily terrific others need to know it's head-and-shoulders above the rest. This place falls into the second category...and no, I'm not related to anybody there. I've loved my Motorola cell phone since I bought it but after two years of heavy usage, its battery began to fail. Turns out, not even Motorola will replace a battery, nor do they even refer you to any "factory authorized repair centers" because there are no such centers, no such factory-trained techs for that brand. (Another once-great company that doesn't bother to fix what they sell because they'd rather just sell you a new one, or a 'refurbished" phone like yours that's broken. I called virtually every independent cell phone repair shop across Jacksonville. I was told either they had no idea exactly how to change my phone's internal battery, or they would "give it a shot" but warned they might break the screen or something else in the process and so would have to charge me at least $300 to cover their risk. David at iRepairFast was my last resort. Immediately he told me why it's a difficult repair--but one he's done several times with no problem. Bottom line: He knew exactly what he was doing, did it in under two hours just as-promised, and charged me a fair fee--$65 for the labor. And now...my cell phone is well into Day 2 without needing a charge. It's as good (better?) than new! Well, I cracked my iPhone for the 3rd time. Even with the protective glass cover. Lol. My ringer wasn't working as well and they fixed that for free. I had some sand stuck in it somewhere and they were able to fix it using an air gun. Now, that's great customer service! I was tired of bringing it to the Apple store for the $160 repair. I hate the long lines and having to drive to the town center. Especially now with all the traffic with the new restaurants that have opened up. It's not very convenient being I live in Ponte Vedra Beach. I'm so glad I found this little repair shop at Milkers Circle. I love supporting small businesses especially when they are efficient. I called Saturday to make an appointment. I brought in my phone a half hour later and was told it would take 30 minutes to fix. They staff were so nice and I had my phone back in 3o minutes as promised. Cracks are gone and the phone works great! They also guarantee their work for a year and they're $40 cheaper than the Apple Store. I always love a bargain. Lol. I highly recommend IRepairFast for all your electronic needs. It sure beats driving to the Apple store. If you live in Ponte Vedra beach you'll save time and it will cost you less. read more

I would give a zero star if allowed. My 27" iMac was crashing - brought into store. They said they fixed it ($350). Three months later, crashes again. Take back to store, they say they can't figure out what is wrong - take to Apple or Best Buy (did not charge). Two weeks later, when iMac was sitting on shelf, screen falls off - hitting other iMac and shattering screen. Called store brought it in. After 24 hours, they called to let me know they would replace screens at "cost" - but I would have to pay. They accused me of dropping iMac and since they had never seen this before, could not possibly be their fault. Told me owner would call me - 7 days later, no call. I had 2 experiences with this business: First was November of last year. We shattered the iPad screen, and took it to iRepairFast. The guy took down my information, and told us it would take 24 hours (we took it in late on a Thursday about 3pm). So we said great! On Friday we went back there to pick up the iPad, we were then told it was not ready. I let the employee (a young man, different one than the day before) know that we were told 24 hours, he told me "we are busy, it's not ready, and I don't know what else to tell you." Shocked by his rudeness, I asked him when he thinks it will be ready, "we will let you know when it is" was the reply. I left the store puzzled why he was so rude. Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday passed. Finally, on Wednesday I got a call from them said it was ready for pick up. The quality of work is not great. On my iPad we can see there are residual parts that is sticking out and showing on the screen. Sloppy work. I didn't bother going back to complaint as the iPad does work. So I let it go. My second experience with them was just in the last few days. I broke my iMac 27" screen by accident and needed a replacement. Desperate for it to be fixed, I called iRepairFast in hopes to get a quote. Left a message asking someone to call me back, it's been 2 days and no one even bother calling back. My wife had a cracked iPad and we went in to get it fixed. The first time we took it in it took a week to get it fixed. within a few days after we got it back the screen was glitching out. When we took it back the owner was very defensive and quipped " that's why we have a 1 year warranty soooo" It took 3 visits and almost a month to get it right. Never apologetic, never sympathetic to the inconvenience. I thought well maybe this guy just had a bad day. My iPhone 5 cracked last week and I decided to give him a 2nd chance and went by to get it repaired. I spoke to the owner again who went back to check his inventory who later said maybe he would be getting more inventory in later that day. I mentioned it was kind of difficult finding his hours of operation on his website as just an FYI and he got really defensive again and said " well I'm the owner and I open whenever i want" .....Seriously??? Love these guys. I've had four iphones and two iPads fixed by them over the years. They are very fast, very professional, and priced competitively. They use OEM glass for the screen replacements, so they might cost a little bit more then the cheapest, but at least you know it's OEM glass (more durable). Always very helpful and accessible. They are the worst. They did not return our power cord and then wanted us to come back and get one. We live across town so I asked them to mail us our cord. I also have a broken foot. They said we would have to come to the store and asked them please. They said they are former Marines which I find disgusting. My son is a former Marine and he does not try to profit from service to his country. They are very rude. We also had a disagreement over what could have happened to our computer. It worked until the movers packed it in a box with one piece of paper around it and two lamps and two vases, one of which was broken. They gave numerous reasons why the computer did not work. One being the packing. We asked them for a letter stating every reason,but when we picked up the computer Greg Allen did not state all of the reasons, so that the moving company could decide on what action they wanted to take. We paid the moving company $7000 for the move which included insurance. My computer worked fine until they moved it. They accused us of wanting to cheat the company which we did not. We just wanted a letter with all of the reasons stated. This is a group of millennials who can fix Iphones but have no common sense. Lost my business and please stop disparaging the men in service by touting your service as a reason people should do business with you. We are also part of a Gold Star Family. Normally I dont give reviews regardless if it's good or bad but this place dont keeps their words. I went in to get my Samsung fix, that told me to find out What's wrong with the phone, it'll cost 35 dollars if I don't get it fix, but if i decided to get it fix, the 35 dollars will be deducted from the labor cost. they found out the problem and I agreed to get it fix. They ..are ..fast, within the next day they emailed me to pick up the phone. Before I went, I called them to find out the price, they told me that its 35 dollars but since I prepaid the diagnostic fee, the bill is balanced out, so I dont owe any money. I was there in 20 minutes later after I hung up the phone. To my surprise, the young man (appeared to be 15 to 17 years old ) was helping me return my phone. Instead of the no charge , he said that I have to pay an extra 35 dollar because of labor costs ...with taxes, ..its turn out about 38 dollars and some change. I paid and went off my way to work. Thinking back that amount of fees ,I wasn't mind paying, but the point of being told one thing and done thing differently is what make me so disappointed. As soon as I got back to my work, I called back to ask about the situation, the guys on the phone seem shock when I told him that I was being charged, so he put me on hold , I can tell he was looking for some excuses to give me. ..and sure enough he did. He said I was confused, and I replied that I was not confused when I first came you guys told me the same and before I went to pick up I was told that I dont owe any money ,just pick up and go. I didnt feel like arguing anymore so I ended with the last words, I told him that I dont mind paying the fee and will come back or refer some one else to come, but this was a very bad business that you guys have done, ..then I hung up the phone. Three days later my phone broke again..it was the same issue, loose connections, something to do with internal charging system. The iPad screen broke within 5 days; the Apple Genius Bar said it was installed too tightly, which caused the screen to crack under stress around the edges.
