Unacceptable!! I am livid!!I used to come to this place a couple of years ago religiously for almost 3 years. I found her page again and decided to book an appointment for a full-service eyebrow waxing which is $37 which is absolutely ridiculous but hey, it's her prices and I liked her work before so I opted to just go with her and pay the extremely unreasonable price anyway. I get to the appointment 5 minutes late and she tells me that she can only work on me for 5 minutes because she has someone at 5pm. OK so I understood that and continue to proceed to the appointment. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that. To put the cherry on top when I get out of the appointment, the woman that was behind me was a few minutes late so she could have worked on me until the woman got there, but didn't. I never knew in my life that taking two minutes out of your day just to keep someone happy would be so harmful to your world!!! Honestly, a true spit in the face! I am so happy I found a brow place close to my house and that the service and the job Candice does is amazing! The brow place is in the salons at stone hill. Very cute, girly and CLEAN!! Love the huge chair she has! Candice is super friendly and makes your feel super comfortable. I have very thick brows ( thanks dad!) and she shaped and waxed them and I honestly couldn't believe when she was done that they were my brows! Honestly she i great and it's very easy to book and you're in quickly. She doesn't do just brows, you can check her website for all her other services. There are soooo many amazing things to say about Candice aka "Luxe Wax" that it's hard to limit to just a few words. She is personable, professional, kind hearted, knowledgeable, and works well with odd schedules. I know she has many talents/services, however I am just there for one service at the moment. I see her for my "lady parts" (Brazilian) waxing and for someone to go there with me, means I trust you with my soul! ha, but seriously she is accommodating and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable when it is kind of an uncomfortable situation to be in with anyone! Waxed is located inside The Salons at Stone Hill, right next to Cinemark Stone Hill Town Center. The owner, Candice, is very sweet and professional, and does her work with great attention to detail for the best waxing results. She uses great quality wax, and always cleans your skin thoroughly with nice smelling coconut oil after your waxing session. Aside, from waxing, she offers a variety of other services including facial peels and bleaching. During each session, I felt very relaxed in her neat and well decorated office. Candice always plays soothing instrumental music in the background which helps with relaxation during each waxing. Overall, the atmosphere felt very clean and comfortable. I'm always extremely satisfied each time I come to Waxed. Candice always ensures that you're satisfied with the results and has very reasonable prices for all her services.
