I absolutely adore the folks at B Sweet. I've actually visited them a few times now. I'm beyond impressed with the staff and work they do there. My initial visit was to get my son's ear pierced. The staff that did that for him were extremely polite and professional. They ensured to tell him how to care for the piercings and what he should look for if they didn't heal correctly. I have since been back myself for three different services - Eyebrow micro blading, lash tint and lift and weight loss rx. The staff that did my lash tint and lift was amazing - my lashes honestly looked like I had extensions put on. The staff member that tint and lift was amazing with telling me what was going to happen, what to expect, etc. honestly the lift lasted way longer than I expected and the tint is still going strong almost a full two months later. Brooke took care of my eyebrow micro blading appt and wow I'm just astounded with how perfect she got the shade and even tho I have weirdly asymmetric eyes/brows - she got them almost 100 % matching. I was beyond impressed with how amazing they look. They healed nicely and honestly I didn't need a touch up bc she did such an amazing job. They are beautiful. There was little to no pain when she did it and it was done way faster than I thought it would take. The staff I saw during my weight loss consultation was professional, helpful and amazing. I ultimately didn't go past a month of the weight loss rx - this was by no fault of the staff at BSweet - it was my own personal issue that made it when I couldn't continue. When I first got my lashes done they looked beautiful. However within just an hour after leaving they started to fall out. By day 3 I was embarrassed to go in public because they looked so bad. I kept my lashes away from getting wet, absolutley no heat or mascara. I called the salon and was not offered a refund, but a discount off my next service or I have to be able to come back in the same week again. Came in today to get a brow wax + tint, and get a lash lift and tint for the first time. I was extremely worried about my eyebrows because they are my staple and I'm always scared people will get wax happy and wax them too thin or tint them too dark. Dana however was amazing! She walked me through the whole process and let me know the whole time every step she was taking! My eyebrows came out beautifully sculpted and the perfect shade. Now on to the lash lift: I had only ever gotten extensions because I was once told by an esthetician that my lashes were "too short for a lift" and I "wouldn't get the results I want unless I got extensions". I like the way the extensions look, but the time and effort they took is too much for me so on a whim, I decided to say "why not" and booked a lash lift and tint with Andrea. I finally decided to get my brows micro bladed and tinted and am so glad I did. Brooke did an amazing job and took time to explain the process and make sure I've been happy with the result. I went back to get a lash tint and lift. The tint I would definitely do again (mine are blonde), but Ill steer clear of the lift as they ended up curling too tightly. They looked ridiculous and it was a big task to get false lashes glued on while waiting for the lift to go away. But I'm 100% sure its because my natural lashes were just too short at the time. They've grown much longer since I started using a lash serum again and I'm sure a lift would look lovely now. I haven't used the lash serum they have in store but I will be purchasing that soon and will update on the results in a few months. I've now been to this place twice and both experiences were awful. I will never return. Last week I was booked for a lash removal + lash lift and tint. After driving 30 min to make it to my appointment, I was informed on my check-in that they couldn't provide both services on the same day because it would be too harsh on my lashes. I asked why I wasn't informed that when I booked and they couldn't give an answer. I left. After deciding to give them another try, I booked another lash removal today. At the end of my service, I asked how long I needed to wait to get a lash lift and tint and was told I didn't need to wait and could do it immediately--you know--exactly what I tried to do last week. As if that wasn't annoying enough, I then went to checkout and asked her to add a 15% tip to my total. When I got to my car I noticed that they added a FORTY percent tip. When I went back in to ask why, I was told they "don't do percentage" tips and so she just chose a random dollar amount. What the actual f??? They then had to call a manager over to refund the difference. This place is a shit show and I will tell as many as people as possible to avoid it at all costs. In response to the owner: Your staff did call twice regarding decoupling the service the first time. Your staff did not leave a message. Your staff did not text. I work and cannot answer my phone during the day. And I shouldn't need to if your staff is doing their job correctly when services are booked. Secondly, your staff did not state that it was only dollar tips. I did not say to add $10. The service provided was terrible, and as a result, I definitely would not ask for a $10 tip on a $25 service. As previously stated: I asked for 15%. I left and noticed I was charged 40%. I came back in and your ignorant employee said she didn't know how to calculate 15% and you don't do percentage tips. Perhaps get your staff a calculator. The vast majority of my reviews are positive. I made a point to not write a bad review the first time in your shop, and to give the shop another try. My experience was worse the second time, so I reserve the right to share that with others. You're embarrassing yourself with these review responses. Sometimes businesses screw up. Take it on the chin and move on, lady. Don't make it worse than it already is. read more

Used to love this place until my eyelash extensions fell off at night last week. Immediately went on Saturday morning to see if they had an appointment to fix it and they said Sunday at 4:40. I understood they said they were short on staff that weekend so I was fine waiting a day with my eye looking like that. After that I received a text message saying my appointment had been rescheduled to Monday at 9:30am. They didn't even ask me or try to contact to see if I could go. Of course I couldn't cause I had to work. It's been a week and they never try to reach to me again. I've been to BSweet several times since my first review in Sep 2018 to purchase clothing. Most recent with my sister and we both left thrilled with our fashionable and still reasonably priced finds of clothes & accessories. I love that the selection is stylish and unique from the chain mall stores. Today I took my 9 year old niece to have her ears pierced. Plasma shower facial from Ashlie was hands down the best facial I've ever had. I couldn't believe how educated she was on every single product! She used the plasma machine to "zap" my pimples and kill the bacteria INSTANTLY! If I could give a negative review, I would. I have never been harassed so much by a business owner in my life until I came across Brooke! Long after posting my HONEST review, I have about 20 notifications in my email from Brooke rewriting and reposting a response to it. Every single response she's made has been taken down for violating Yelp terms of service in ADDITION to multiple fake reviews she has posted which she was also forced to remove! She is so immature, unprofessional, and rude that she does not understand how her passive aggressive comments and posting people's credit card information online would violate terms of service. Once again, she posts another response with a direct personal attack trying to hinder customers from leaving honest reviews by saying I leave many businesses one star reviews, which if you look at my profile, I have double the 5 star reviews. She has said this exact comment to a different bad review. What does that say about her? If you have an honest comment to make, I urge you to leave it because she needs some growing up to do.
