When you are paying nearly $300 per hour for organization systems to be set up, why would you want an outcome of numerous plastic grocery bags meticulously folded into triangles? That is part of the puzzling outcome we received along with nicely organized spices among other things. In other areas, top drawers were organized logically while bottom drawers were so jam packed with items that we could not open the drawers. I could go on with the questionable outcomes. We addressed them directly and politely with the owner, Amy Vance, during and after her and her team's visit. She did not seem to grasp that the work was incomplete and deflected. We followed up with a nuanced, respectful e-mail. Amy offered 30 minutes on a different day to return and try to correct the issues. Scheduling, travel, and other commitments made coordinating such a visit impossible for us, but we appreciated the gesture. We did not, however, appreciate the inappropriately emotional nature of her response. The work was helpful to an extent but in the end felt like a money grab and did not align with the quality of work done in their prior smaller projects for us by Eco Modern. Every business has bad days but this outcome was really frustrating as we are very busy. The whole experience defeated the purpose of hiring an organizer we thought was professional. We wish them well but have removed Eco Modern from our trusted vendors.

I found Irie Vibes on yelp. At first I didn't know whether to use them or not since it's a man on the pictures (a man cleaning?). However, I am so glad I did. I was a little skeptical about a few of the negative reviews that I seen ... But since it was a little negative reviews and reasonable pricing, I decided to give them a shot and truly glad I did. The service I received was excellent everything was clean from the ceiling fans to the baseboards I even have black scuffs on the wall and thought that I would have to paint over it, Mr. Ronnie assure us that he will be able to get those scuffs out of the wall without using paint and he did!!! The first clean was great. The second, on 12/31/25, was a disaster. My 9am appointment was delayed until 1pm after poor communication from the owner. The cleaner showed up with almost no supplies (no vacuum, broom, or proper cleaning tools) and finished a 2,700 sq ft home in 2 hours, which is unrealistic. Communication with the owner was consistently poor. She later offered a "complimentary" clean but forgot to confirm it and rescheduled without notice. A few days later, my daughter realized her wallet was missing--the last time she saw it was the day the cleaner was here. I checked her Greenlight account and found multiple unauthorized charges. The locations match the area the cleaner said he was from. When I contacted the owner, I was blocked. I have camera footage, and police reports have been filed. The Finishing Touch Co -- extremely unprofessional. please be cautious. UPDATED: She states I had not reached out to her when I've called and texted numerous times with no response. Actually have since been blocked, which leads me to believe you were in on it as well. I'm blocked so if you would like to reach out to rectify the situation I'm open to hearing your side.
