I wish I could give her zero stars but all of these 1 star reviews couldn't be more accurate SHE'S EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. she snapped at me if I didn't take her suggestions, saying "she was the seamstress" I didn't want straps they didn't look good. She wouldn't make it as tight as i wanted when i said it felt too loose. I didn't even get my shoes on to see how much needed to be hemmed before she blurted out my alterations would be $900. She clearly didn't want to do my alterations so she quoted a ridiculous amount so I would say no and leave. She tried to tell me she would have to open the top and adjust boning and alter the cups but if it was tighter my breast would've fit perfect im a 36DDD and it fit perfectly everywhere else it did not need as much work as she claimed it did. I went to a top rated tailor after she quoted me $345 to tailor it exactly how I wanted it and she doesn't have to take out or adjust any boning. INNA IS A SCAMMER AND SO RUDE. Irina is extremely rude with awful attitude. I've had a couple items tailored and she did a nice job on them. But I took to pair of yoga "slacks" to shorten. She gave me a specific date to pick them up. When I arrived all her changing stalls were full so I took them without trying them on. I had a formal dress altered for my daughter's wedding. By the reception, the seam in the top came apart and I had a 2-inch gap in my dress. The skirt was to be taken in, and it was not. I had to stop dancing and roll the skirt, so I wouldn't lose it. What a waste of $102. Go elsewhere. read more

Irina's Tailoring is TOP NOTCH!!!! She saved my daughter's prom dress!!! We took it to another local tailor in Parker who altered the dress incorrectly and was unwilling to go the "extra" mile in the first place or even try and fix it afterwards. Irina took the time to figure out how to fix the dress appropriately and undo all of the incorrect, quick fixes that the previous seamstress had done and all at a very inexpensive price. Place is nice, and she is very quick in measuring and accommodating in terms of dates for pick up, I have no complaints on the end result. However, she is rude and very off putting which made me uncomfortable enough not to come back. If she was a bit more pleasant I would have given the place a 5...when I came in to pick up my clothes she came out and said nothing, stared at me until I said, hello! I'm here to pick up an order! She said nothing again until she rolled her eyes gesturing her arms rushing me to give her my information. The day I brought my clothes to be measured, for two of pieces I very nicely asked her for some (I recognised) not so common alterations and she laughed at me and said no, I don't do that. The whole thing was just awkward and I would definitely not go back. I never leave reviews but her attitude was so out of order that I needed to write something, if you don't mind dealing with that then there are no issues with the actual work she performs. read more

She spent the time to fit them properly and I'm happy with the quality of the repair. She's not going to be your best friend maybe, but she does a great job tailoring clothes. From the get go Irina was a total (w)itch. I read several reviews that were positive so I thought let's give her a try. What a HUGE mistake. I had 2 pair of slacks/pants that needed the hem shortened. She gave me a cold stare and pointed to a dressing room. I put them on , she marked with chalk, and I was pointed back to the dressing room. I changed, went back out and was told she already knew the length in an attitude that let me know I was wasting her time. After changing back into my street clothes I walked out to the desk, handed her the pants and she ripped off a receipt for pick up and even tho the cost was way to high I figured I'd see how well she did. I returned on the date she said to, I was handed my pants after paying for the alterations. GET THIS - When I was dressing for work I put on the "altered" pants. They were NOT ALTERED AT ALL!! I took in some jeans, shirts, scrubs (for work), and a couple of suits to have Irina do some work with them. I have a weird body type because I'm a giant with really long legs. Big and tall stuff doesn't fit me quite right, but everything I brought in to have altered by Irina fit so perfectly after she put her hands on my clothes that it made me feel like my clothes were brand new and actually made for me. Most recently, Irina bustled my daughter's wedding dress. We were happy to find "The Dress" at Davids Bridal, but their alterations dept did a horrible job on the bustle! Not very friendly and does not specialize in wedding gowns. As a bride I want to feel like I can trust my very expensive gown with the person who is chopping it up. I want to preface this by saying that I've never used a tailor before, so I have nothing to compare Irina's to. But. I had a wonderful experience at this tailor. Irina greeted me quickly, and helped me with three dresses that I needed taken in and two puffy jackets with rips in them. At first I thought she was a little abrasive and unfriendly, but I could soon tell that it's not on purpose, just a part of her personality, and she seems to be very focused on doing a good and fast job. Her prices weren't especially cheap, but I didn't find them to be unfair, and it more than made up for the time - she was so fast! I screwed up what day I needed one piece on, and even though I only called her the day of, she was able to work it in and have it ready when I needed it. All three of the dresses and two jackets I've brought in were done perfectly, and I would not hesitate to use her services again. read more
