Man, I wish I had nice things to say other than the responsiveness and turnaround time were quick =/ I took my wedding dress here and im not at all happy with it. The back was taken in too far such that my skin spills over in an unflattering way. I requested to have the slight bust pads removed, and they were left in. She kept trying to convince me to make my bust look larger with tape and padding. If this dress couldn't be made to fit the way I wanted, I would've loved to know that before I had it altered and could no longer return it. Additionally, when we first pinned this dress, we had a short, rounded train in the back. When I picked it up, there was no train. The dress kisses the ground all the way around. "Great for dancing" she said. Im not having a formal wedding, partly because I have no interest in dancing. The dress was also just generally wrinkly and didnt look cared for when I got it. All these alterations were just $100, but I feel like im $800 down the drain on this dress. I didnt express these concerns in person, though I did express general discomfort and I think anyone could tell i wasnt joyful about how my wedding dress looked. Im extremely sad and will be starting my search over. If you need more complex alterations done for an expensive and special dress, I would hesitate to take it here. I've had a bridesmaid dress, wedding dress, wedding veil, and reception dress all tailored here at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My wedding dress in particular needed a lot of work - she was able to hem it (this dress had multiple layers), bring in the bust so that it was showing less cleavage, size down my removable sleeves, add a bustle, and place in built-in bra pads. Dinh was able to get me in very quickly for a pan Thamm and additionally, we ended up taking in my jacket a little bit. I got my suit from the suit shop and they gave me a list of preferred Taylor's and she was not on it but the reviews of the other Taylors were not sufficient so I rolled the dice and found this Taylor online and people had great things to say and I agree with all of them.
