Today I stopped in to get a watch battery replaced and a simple soldering repair on a broken gold chain. The employee told me that the watch could not be repaired because the back of the watch required a special tool to remove it, and that the gold chain repair estimate was $25 and would take two weeks. The battery would cost $15 for a total of $40.00 I left and drove to LaMonica Jewelers in Bohemia. $10 for the watch battery plus $10 for the chain repair and both are now fixed at half the price I was quoted by Kay Cameron. This is simply awful customer service.

On top of it the price was lower than I expected. I was quite surprised they could cut off the bracelet right away to measure for it when we stopped by.
