It is a small store that has a lot of different items. The stop did cost me money since I found and bought two Mexican paper mache folk art pieces. They are delightful. Two male employees were standing there talking, and when I asked if I could try something on, they told me the fitting rooms were already closed. I explained that it would be a quick try-on and that the item was final sale, but they still refused to open the fitting room. Closing the fitting rooms 20 minutes before the store closes--especially when customers are still actively checking out--is poor customer service. Don't call yourself Nordstrom Rack if you can't provide that level of service.
